I love this Whitt’s! Went today and everyone were so nice!! The pork bbq is wonderful and the banana pudding ROCKS! I had a really nice visit today!! That’s saying a lot for this year! ?

When we drove up a lady was standing inside talking to whoever was taking care of the drive through. We drove around back and 4 vehicles were ahead of us. We stayed there for 15 minutes, 2 cars drove off, so I called to make sure they were open. The girl that answered was laughing and cutting up with whoever was standing in the lobby. She said they were real busy but it's funny because no vehicles were getting taking care of. It's pretty sad that when ur hungry for a certain food you can't get waited on because some young folks are not responsible enough to take care of the customers. We then drove off to another barbeque place.

Let me just start off by saying i have been going to this BBQ place a very long time and this was the first bad experience and it was so bad i can’t keep quite . Had the absolutely worst customer service EVER... food was wrong, left out sauces when I even asked if it was in the bag before leaving. Called them outside store and the Workers were rude and laughing in the background while I was on phone. Wanted me to go to drive-thru to get them because dine in is closed... did

Been eating Whitts for over 20 years here in Murfreesboro never been disappointed once. When someone says let's eat BBQ...it's always Whitts!
