I’ve been going to this Wingstop since college and I have never had an unpleasant experience. Love the employees and the food 10/10 I can tell they are improving standards over the years

I ordered a five piece chicken tender combo, two with Mexican street spice, three regular. The ranch had a hair that slowly came out as I lifted my chicken, and I bit into another piece of chicken which had smaller hairs. They don’t wear hair nets, probably spit in the food and I found a small piece of fried something at the bottom of my basket. So yeah, zero respect for this place anymore

Super slow getting food. Employees stood around talking with someone and we were only ones I restaurant. I don’t think there was any leadership on duty as things were unorganized. Also, no trash can in dining. Wings were ok. Fries were delicious!

I have always bought food and it arrives complete, but many times it doesn't, and once my delivery never arrived. This time, your page is updated. I only received a ranch, potatoes, and wings for $53 dollars. At least put the appropriate amount of dressing.

Employees on night shift are not good they just goofing around I placed an online and came in 5 mins after pickup time and they said they were just starting it then proceeded to just walk around and singing and playing on phone. Terrible will not be back at this location ever

I’m disappointed with the current process in place at this location. It’s frustrating that employees aren't empowered to correct a simple order mistake without the General Manager’s involvement. Waiting until the next business day for a resolution is unacceptable.
The young lady I spoke with was very polite and professional, but the policy requiring the General Manager’s approval for any changes or cancellations is unreasonable. Romel, the General Manager, needs to trust his team and allow them to handle issues in real time.
I strongly suggest double-checking your order before leaving, as it may not be possible to fix any errors quickly. Overall, I found the service process here to be frustrating and inefficient.
