Food was good but the service was terrible! Lady at the register was too busy playing on her phone to notice us, not to mention we ordered on the app 30 minutes ahead of time before picking up and still somehow waited another 40 minutes!! I’ve never had to wait that long on FAST FOOD

Thought we would try something different for dinner. Ordered Wingstop as it was close and seemed reasonably priced. As two people who can’t eat spicy food, this was a huge mistake. Everything on their menu except the plain chicken is spicy!! Fries seasoning….spicy. Honey bbq sauce…..spicy, which the wings and the tenders were drowning in. The only thing that wasn’t spicy was the plain chicken sandwich, which was extra plain, no lettuce, no mayo/sauce, just a piece of chicken on a plain bun with a slice of pickle. Absolute waste of money. Thirty bucks down the drain!!!

I ordered a five piece chicken tender combo, two with Mexican street spice, three regular. The ranch had a hair that slowly came out as I lifted my chicken, and I bit into another piece of chicken which had smaller hairs. They don’t wear hair nets, probably spit in the food and I found a small piece of fried something at the bottom of my basket. So yeah, zero respect for this place anymore

Super slow getting food. Employees stood around talking with someone and we were only ones I restaurant. I don’t think there was any leadership on duty as things were unorganized. Also, no trash can in dining. Wings were ok. Fries were delicious!

Employees on night shift are not good they just goofing around I placed an online and came in 5 mins after pickup time and they said they were just starting it then proceeded to just walk around and singing and playing on phone. Terrible will not be back at this location ever
