Terrible atmosphere filled with table warmers and special interest groups. There is no place to sit due to this. Service was lackluster, so we left after waiting to be served.
Go down the road to Atomic Wings. It is cleaner. The food is better, and you actually have a table to sit at without having to fight the special interest groups for a table.

My wife Wendi ordered on the WingStop web site for delivery. They told us it was doordash that does the delivery. After the order was ready the delivery driver canceled the order and left with out getting my order. I was told I have to contact doordash for refund. When contacting doordash they said it was not their responsibility I had to call WingStop. Wingstop said it was doordashes responsibility. Now I am out delivery fee as well as tip. Will not use WingStop again to order. This is theft.

Was missing an item (brownie) from my order. Called in to see if they could refund my card, was told that " We Never Do Refunds", which I find hard to believe. Asked for a manager, only to wait for the same rude associate to get back on the phone to say they would do it "this one time because it's only a brownie." Honestly, there was just no reason to be rude to a customer over $4. By the way - they also hung up on me. ??♀️
Edit: If they do actually refund, will update my review, but it's also worth noting that the "NO REFUND" policy is not listed anywhere. ?

not ONE employee wearing gloves while handling food! I have even made a comment as this has not been the first time I've witnessed this! still no glove protection and they DIRECTLY are touching YOUR food! FYI!

This was not a good experience. The food was terrible, in our order we got the Korean flavor and it’s tasted like tar. The fries were completely brown and soaked with oil. And there is no trash can in the dining area. There is no napkins out for people that are dining at a WING RESTAURANT. Doesn’t make sense. The employee weren’t that nice so we just took our trash with us.
