Would give 0 stars if the option was available. Ordered 15 wings at 8:14 PM. Supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:42 PM. Asked about my order at 8:50 PM. At that point, they started cooking the wings. At 9:10 PM, still no wings, so I asked for a refund. I was informed that the manager has to take the receipt to the back of the restaurant where an additional register is located because it's the only register that will issue a refund. I was also informed that the manager was too busy to issue the refund at that time. She said she would do it once business slowed down. I called the restaurant at 10:42 PM to inquire about the refund that was yet to be received. I was informed that the manager still had not had the time to issue my refund. Received a text @ 10:50 PM saying the refund was issued. Two and a half hour ordeal.
If you are that busy, then why not buy another stove or deep fryer? Hire more people for heavy hours?

Called in a 10 pc combo WELL DONE. Got back to work and the order was not so. I called back and was transferred to the GM Carly/ Karly she would not tell me the spelling of her name. Was told she made my order herself so she know it was well done and that they do not do refunds. I told her that I wasn't wanting a refund but my wings remade and she laughed and said how long you want me to cook them. Proceeds to tell me I always complain when in fact im in another city from which I live Karly was very rude and unprofessional bad for the business. Once I made it back to restaurant for a refund notice they was making orders with no gloves, and the worker kept wiping her hands on her pants and shirt while preparing food.

Placed an online order and picked it up @ 8pm..the location closes @ 930pm for dine in!Tony had the chairs up on the table where you couldn't dine in,because he said he had to clean!won't be back to this location

Ordered ahead and was supposed to be ready by 8:30 but had to wait for 30 extra minutes. Got our food and they forgot 6 wings.
Went in and sat for a good 10 -15 minutes and was ignored when I asked if I could pay for it before they even finished making the food. They had 3 orders ahead of mine and I sat there patiently all for them to tell me they can’t accept my money because it because $100 bill.

Ordered honey hot wings and we were not able to eat them because they were over seasoned. We order from this location almost weekly, the same seasoned wings and have never had an issue. The GM Karlie, was uncooperative to handle the issue stating she knew they were made correctly because she had made them herself. BABY, you need to go back and re-learn how to season your products because those were by far the WORST wings ever!!! If you are in the kitchen, your location will surely be closing soon.

We order from this location a minimum of 3x's per month (the honey hot flavor). On this one day 10/8/25 we ordered the same item as previously before. Unfortunately on this occasion the wings were heavily over seasoned, inedible! I called to abreast the location of the situation, but the concern fell upon deaf ears to the GM; Karly. She refused to make any concessions for the order. I left the wings on the counter and decided to leave. I do not believe the customer is always right, but to show no concern or remorse for an item they sold is totally unacceptable

This location is ALWAYS inconsistent with its food portions sometimes large food portions sometimes small but ALWAYS THE SAME PRICE!?? SERIOUSLY! Sometimes u get a Styrofoam cup & other times u get canned soda (which I do not like) sometimes the app works & sometimes it freezes up for up to an hour! When fil complaint Alejandro the Owner of this location will be ALL NICE & CONCERNED & TELL U TO CALL THE STORE WHEN THE APP ISNT FUNTIONING PROPERLY TO GET YOUR MEAL COMP'D THEN WHEN U DO, THE GM ROMAIL TELLS U, HE CAN NOT COMP MEAL UNLESS IT IS ORDERED IN THE APP THAT FREEZES UP, SO ALL N ALL THIS LOCATION IS A HORRIBLE, AND THE STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY. GO TO THE SMYRNA,TN LOCATION FOR CONSISTENCY IN PORTION SIZE, FRIENDLY STAFF & CLEAN ATMOSPHERE & BATHROOMS & SKIP THE FRUSTRATION OF THE GARBAGE APP ALL TOGETHER!!

The woman at the front was very sweet and my order was ready a little after I got there so it was nice and fresh!
Ordered late and my wings were hard and French fries oily.our order was $80
