They were open on Christmas Eve, they were slammed, and working only with a few people. We waited a few minutes to get our food but was understandable with how busy they were. Food was amazing. Crab Rangoon, sesame chicken, fried rice and my wife got the hot and sour soup. All were super good. Dont be deterred by the 3 star ratings, those people are probably decendents of Ebeneezer Scrooge. My wife asked me to reiterate how great the hot and sour soup was. The restaurant was clean, quiet and furniture was nice..
Their home made hot mustard is amazing , and it's moms secret the kids stated they didn't know how to make it. If you crab rangoons ask for the home made hot mustard. If you like spicy try their Singapore noodles and ask them to make it extra

It is ok in a pinch, just because it was closer at the time. I like China Panda better because they give you your money's worth!! I ordered a large wonton soup and a large shrimp lo mein. I got a medium sized cup of soup, that wasn't very good, and a plastic bowl of shrimp lo mein...definitely not a quart size. Quite misleading.
We just moved across town and we’re trying to find a closer takeout Chinese restaurant. We found this place and decided to try it out. Number One Chinese on Fortress is our go to. We ordered crab ragoons, fried dumplings and a sesame seed chicken combo. The combo was decent and what bumps this up to a 2 star for me. The crab ragoons were crispy but the filling was bland. The dumplings were burnt. The restaurant is clean and service was okay. The food is overpriced even if it was good. We will make the 15 minute drive for Number One.
Chicken was dry and for the price the portion was small
