Perfection. My son ? the fried pork. He does not like food easily. He is a picky leprechaun from Ireland. But he loves this South East Asian restaurant.

Loved eating there when we were in town for a soccer tournament. All the dishes we ordered were great. Our kids lived their satays, phos,... We lived in Asia and it spoiled us. It's hard now to feel flavors and texture getting close enough. We did in this place. Definitely recommend, wish we lived closer.

Wonderfully authentic Asian cuisine! Pad ka prow was awesome. Perfect balance of minced chicken and basil; Flavor explosion! BBQ pork buns were also on point. Staff is so nice and they definitely take pride in their food quality and service. Place is a bit hidden off memorial blvd, but a gem to find!

It's nice to have a Laotian restaurant on the north side of town. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We ordered the steamed buns...very interesting! They were sweet instead of savory. My husband ordered the special of the night, which was duck. He said it was good. I had the Drunken Noodles. They were ok, too. It's not the best I've ever had, but the place was really nice and I'm glad they are close to home.

This is one of my favorite places to visit, not only for the food but to also visit with the wonderful people who are the owners. Now when I sit down I let Mina guide me to what I should try during my visit. Started off with some Steamed BBQ Pork Buns…fresh and the BBQ Pork inside is flavorful and tasty. Mina suggested a soup called Khao-Poon…a coconut curry soup with vermicelli noodles. You have chicken cooked & simmered in coconut milk, vermicelli noodles and garnished with cabbages, veggies, cilantro, and Thai Basil. The broth is incredible…I could drink it straight and suggested to add a cup of it as an appetizer. For those worried about “heat” you can determine your own spice level. Adding vegetables, basil, and cilantro as you progress through the dish keeps things flavorful and crispy the entire time. I really enjoyed the vermicelli noodles versus glass, rice, or udon noodles, added a different texture and the noodles seemed to absorb the broth flavors well. For dessert…Nam Lomit. It’s a mix of coconut milk with fruits and tapioca pearls, lightly sweet and refreshing. Great food and wonderful conversation with Steven, Mina, Natalie and Auben…this place epitomizes what I love about a local, small business.

ordered togo through ubereats. got the mee katee, crab rangoon, fish maw soup, and nam waan. -crab rangoons were ok, however i feel there should be a little bit more crab in them. -mee katee was overly sweet, had to add more seasoning/spices to try to make it less sweet but even then the sweetness of the soup was too strong and couldn't eat it also feel like there wasn't enough meat in the soup even though i had a lot of noodles -nam waan was not sweet at all, was mostly sour probably from the fruits they added in. despite the word sweet in its name it wasn't. the mee katee was sweeter than this dessert lol -fish maw soup was probably the only thing i liked had flavor and lots of meat and veggies overall was pretty disappointed with the taste of the food. portions were decent size. packaging was great when doing togo but i do not see myself ordering from this place again.
