It is rare that I have a bad experience at Zaxbys. The people there have always been nice to me. 99% of the time, the food is great.

Ordered uber eats from here and someone clearly just threw the food in the bag, chicken and fries everywhere, with a lovely ranch covered napkin inside the box… then double bagged it? Tried to call and get it resolved but suddenly no one wants to answer the phone.
Ordered two meals, two sides, and two drinks. Was not displeased. First shift knew how to cook!

I only had to spend about $12.00 for my usual meal at this location, which was pretty surprising. At the one in Lebanon just a month prior, it cost nearly $19.00, and I was also used to spending well into the teens at both Cookeville locations even pre-COVID. Surprisingly, it also wasn't crowded even on a Saturday afternoon in this major city, unlike what I've learned to expect at any Putnam or Wilson County location.

It would be nice if the traditional wings were not cooked ahead of time and then thrown back in the fryer when I order them. I would like fresh wings not twice cooked burnt wings. I pay to much money for them to be so overcooked!

The last month whoever fills up the sauces is either inept or is being told to be cheap which I'm guessing is the latter. I dont ask for free extra sauce just sub the ranch for a different sauce and pay for an extra sauce. The container should be at least 2/3 full. These containers maybe are 1/4 full at best. Last time i let it go. This time I said something and the person at the drive through got the tub and showed me they were all filled that way. So it wasn't a mistake it's intentional. There are plenty of ways to optimize costs sad that this store thinks short changing customers is the proper way.

I went just a little bit ago and there were no other cars or customers. The woman taking the orders asked me to hold on before ordering...fine ok. Then I order, she brings me my drink and then asks me to pull around to the front door and they will bring my food to me. Again, ok fine I'll do that, no big deal. Then I get my food after almost 5 minutes of waiting. (All i ordered was an order of loaded fries and a cherry vanilla coke). Then I get home (I live 2 minutes away) and my fries are cold and under cooked!!!! I am not happy at all!

Without fail, I sit in the drive through line at least 20 minutes every time. It’s usually only 1-2 cars ahead of me. And they’re not being serviced either….

I ordered a small Fry and fried cheese bites the cheese bites were cold so I brought them back in and asked for fresh ones needless to say they were terrible either way!! so whatever you do don't order fried cheese bites from Zaxby's the fries were pretty good though

I just left this location. No one was in the drive thru except me. I sat and waited in the drive thru for 1 minute and no one said anything to us via the intercom. I pulled around to the drive thru window and was told to drive back through the drive thru because they are on a timer. I initially had to make a risky turn around to come to this location just to receive poor service. This occurrence has taken 15-20 minutes out of my life but a lesson was learned. Do not risk your safety to drive to this location. Wondering why this location closed previously. I see why it closed previously. (very poor customer service which continues).
