Went to the drive-through and ordered the house salad. Well, I guess they are trying to save money. I get it, but I won't be spending my money there anymore. So there's that. My salad maybe had one chicken tender in it. In years past, there were closer to 3, which would be a normal sized meal. For $10 + this was not worth it.

Was appalled at how the food quality has decreased, while the prices have certainly gone up! The size of the chicken fingers was so small, they were more like toes! Not worth what I paid!

I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Dylan at the Zaxby’s drive-thru—he was just an absolute treat to interact with as he took my drive-thru order earlier tonight! His voice was clear and super friendly over the speaker, making it very easy to put in my order. When I pulled up to the window, he even greeted me with a warm, “How is your night?” and it genuinely made me smile. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Dylan’s pleasant attitude definitely stood out. Great job, Dylan!

My experience at zaxbys today, was awe full. My fry’s where Luke warm, and I had to get them to remake my loaded fry’s. It was barely any cheese and bacon on my food at first. Desarae came to the rescue and had them remake my meal perfectly.

Ordered food from the app while in the parking lot. Checked in, while parked at the curbside space directly in front of the drive thru. 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, went in to see why it hasn't been brought out to me. It had been sitting on the counter for 25 minutes for no reason, as the employees completely ignored the tablet informing them of check ins, AND ignored the bag of food itself abandonedon the counter, 3 feet behind the cashier...
Slow night, 1 customer in the lobby and 5-10 vehicles through the drive through in the 20 minutes i was waiting. Won't be coming back to this location again...

I hardly ever leave reviews, but the service at this location was phenomenal! I recently ordered at this location and had an order issue. Come to find out, part of my issue had nothing to do with the store, it was the app and I received an unsweetened tea when I thought I ordered a sweet tea. I called the number in the app. The manager of the store gave me a call back, she was very professional, understanding and friendly! Once I realized the drink was not their fault, I did not feel right with my complaint; still, she insisted to remake the full meal and give me the drink that I meant to order. That’s what you call above and beyond customer service! The food was fresh and I am very pleased with the service provided. The managers name that provided such phenomenal service is Amanda Sutton… Big thanks to Amanda and her awesome team! May God bless you for such kindness, as this is something that the world needs more of! You made my heart smile 😊
