Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I am so glad that they ended up remodeling this location a few years ago. It is one of my favorites to eat at. Justin I believe is the manager. He corrected one of my meals without questioning me. Great job team!!!

HORRIBLE. the manager has a smart mouth the food will not be good and you will be argued with for reporting something wrong with your food.

Went tthere to try the lemon pepper wings and they were the worst that I ever had they were dry and over cooked and the service was just as bad I will never go to any zaxbys again it sad what we have to pay for this food and this is the type of service and food we get and these places are making millions

I admit I like the food at this place — it’s delicious! But unfortunately, the customer service is disappointing. I placed an online order to eat in my car, but they forgot to include a fork for my coleslaw. I also asked for my receipt, and the cashier — who was quite unfriendly — didn’t know how to print it and just told me to check my email. Please take employee training seriously. Good service is just as important as good food. Tuesday, August 5th. Time: 7:00 p.m.

Went to the drive-through and ordered the house salad. Well, I guess they are trying to save money. I get it, but I won't be spending my money there anymore. So there's that. My salad maybe had one chicken tender in it. In years past, there were closer to 3, which would be a normal sized meal. For $10 + this was not worth it.

Ordered the fingers and they served me the toes! Small pieces of chicken , but they sure raised the price. I guess you pay more and get less

Was appalled at how the food quality has decreased, while the prices have certainly gone up! The size of the chicken fingers was so small, they were more like toes! Not worth what I paid!
