I visited Zaxby’s at 10 PM and ordered the 4-piece tender plate with my tenders tossed in Tongue Torch. However, my tenders were not tossed in the sauce as requested, and they appeared to have been re-dropped rather than freshly made. Additionally, the fries were not fresh.
On top of that, I paid with cash, and the cashier informed me that they were out of quarters. This was inconvenient, as customers should be able to receive their correct change.
Regardless of the time of day, food quality should always be consistent and fresh, and proper payment handling should be ensured. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention, as I was disappointed with my experience. I would appreciate it if this concern could be addressed.

Paid $25 and they skimped me on fries for all 3 of my meals. What's so hard about giving ppl what they pay for? I will never return to this Zaxbys. Yall need to get the portions right. This is how you lose customers. I'm pissed

They keep forgetting my nuclear sauce on my sandwiches when I order, so I just spend $20 on some plain chicken. If the sauce isn't available can it not be an option, because I'm tired of ordering the kicking chicken sandwich and be missing the main part of it.

A stand out for Zaxby's, usually I don't Care for them but this location is the Unicorn, the food really good, and they are LGBT friendly in both guest and staff, the highlight of this location is a sweet little guy named Tyler, whom seems to care deeply for his store and the customers, give this little guy a raise!

I have been coming here since I moved here to Murfreesboro it's always something..my chicken wings be hard they be skimpy on the fries they forget the sauces...it pisses me off when I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for...I'm pissed off today call myself going early thinking the chicken wings was gonna be fresh ..nope ...I don't feel like arguileng with them I left my son have it...😡🙆

After my visit to pickup an online order through the drive-thru…The collective attitude of the 4-5 persons hovered around the D-T window left me with the impression that there was probably unsolicited DNA in the food I received. Buyer beware.
I went through the drive through today around noon I think. I forgot to grab my sons apple juice. Well this employee, who’s name starts with an A (I totally forgot his full name) ran after my car when I was almost already out of the parking lot to give me the drink! Y’all need to give that man a raise! Great customer service.

Service was quick and friendly. We did not wait long for our order to be completed. Store is clean and well maintained. A typical Zaxbys. The main complaint I would need to mention is that this store like all others does not offer a meal option for people who do not eat meat.

This place is horrible. They were mean, rude, and ugly from the minute we walked through the door. They stared us down the whole time, for no reason.....They were weird man. Bread was salty too??♀️

Our last visit was incredibly disappointing. We have been going to this location for over 10 years and our last visit was incredibly disappointing. Me and my family ordered 2 Cobb salads and 2 wing meals. We got the wing meals first, but the meals instead had tenders and legs. My family that ordered didn’t mind it so we thought it was fine. We wanted to then order a bread basket that had 3 pieces of toast but the girl at the register named Eden put in this meal that costed over 12 dollars or something. Someone else had to fix the order. My family member asked for sauce and Eden looked at her like she was crazy. My family member then said she didn’t give any sauce to us so that’s why she was asking. She finally gave us the sauce. We then got our salads and one had grilled chicken when we said fried. She was new so we thought it fine, despite the amount of mistakes she did already. However, one of our salads portions was so small it was ridiculous. We went up to speak to this short chubby girl with glasses that claimed to be the manager to address this. We showed her how bad the portion was compared to the other salad that had the normal portion and she acted all defensive saying that our policy doesn’t allow us to give more portions to customers. I didn’t even ask for more food, I simply made her aware to make sure that whoever was preparing the food made it right next time. She kept being defensive saying do you want me to remake it? in this awful tone so we just decided to end the conversation and eat our food and leave. Horrible attitude and customer service. I’m not sure who the manager is but she seriously needs to change her attitude, and this girl needs to pay attention to customers. As I said, we’ve been going to this location for over 10 years and it’s such a shame we won’t be coming back due to this experience
