The store gives great service and food. I have seen other reviews that aren't very nice, but I have never had a bad experience. I have always been treated with kindness and grace.

How old are 10 chicken wings with nuclear sauce where is chicken I've ever eaten in my life it was dry not spicy at all will not return to that Zaxby's

I shouldn’t have to go home and air fry my food after just buying it. Terrible service. I first received the wrong order then after speaking with the general manager about it I got served half done food. I was exhausted from running around all day so I just threw it in the air fryer when I got home. I’m not finna keep going back in forth with people so just note to self “air fry my own wings before spending my money on zaxbys”

I paid $40 for a meal. I purposely purchased a meal for my teen because he was leaving wrestling practice & I knew that he would be starving. THEY LEFT HIS DURN $15 MEAL OUT OF MY PURCHASE!

The short older black man who I’m assuming is manager was too busy trying to flirt and get the number of the woman in front of me to notice that I had been standing there for 10 minutes trying to place my order. Decided to go to the drive thru after just standing there and was able to get my order in no time. Please do better.

Birthday cake milkshakes are where it's at. I didn't realize that they were like $7 with tax and all though because they did that half price thing for a while. But I picked up four milkshakes the other night and it was in excess of $21! I went through the drive-thru so I can't really comment on the inside environment. But they did drop one of the milkshakes and I did wait in the drive-thru for a while.

I dont know what happened too this place but they are honestly rude as if they are upset you even came and then my food comes out looking like this. No seasoning on fries burnt toast I don't even know what happened too the nibblerz chicken stuck together and old.

Ordered a Cobb salad and they didn't put eggs, bacon or cheese in it. There zalads use to be so good what happened?

Ask for extra sauce on your wings if you want them to have ANY sauce at all.

I visited Zaxby’s at 10 PM and ordered the 4-piece tender plate with my tenders tossed in Tongue Torch. However, my tenders were not tossed in the sauce as requested, and they appeared to have been re-dropped rather than freshly made. Additionally, the fries were not fresh.

On top of that, I paid with cash, and the cashier informed me that they were out of quarters. This was inconvenient, as customers should be able to receive their correct change.

Regardless of the time of day, food quality should always be consistent and fresh, and proper payment handling should be ensured. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention, as I was disappointed with my experience. I would appreciate it if this concern could be addressed.
