This location has improved so much in the last 6 months. The staff actually interact with you in a positive manner. The new manager really does care about the customers. I believe her name is Amanda.

The dry rub traditional wings were pathetic. Over cooked and the smallest wings I have ever seen. They could be quail wings.

I got a delivery from uber eats i ordered the wings and thingz where it comes with 3 tenders and 5 boneless wings fries and toast and a drink, the tenders super small and crappy, boneless wings weren’t sauced fries were soggy the only thing good was the toast and also came with no straw.

The wings I ordered were burnt and dry...it was the last straw for me to go there...they take ur order then have u pull up to the parking area so it looks like they are giving quick service...I didn't bring the wings back because I didn't open the box til I got home

I visited today to order a house salad with fried chicken. After being the only customer in the drive thru and still waiting at least 15 minutes, I got home and opened my salad only to find a bug resting atop my salad lettuce. Then to top it off, I called immediately to request a refund or replacement, and no one is bothering to answer the phone. Please take better care with quality control, and with the health and safety of your customers, especially after making them wait for so long, and charging outrageous prices. I would love to add a picture, but I dont see the option to do so.

I live 4 minutes away from this location and end up coming here a lot because of both me and my kids wanting zaxbys. But honestly this is the worst zaxbys in town. It never fails that they’re going to make you pull forward or park in a spot to wait 10-15 minutes on your food. I’ve been told to pull up upon ordering a fried house salad before and waited so long that I left because my food never came and then was told I couldn’t be refunded for it by a manager. The service is bad. The employees don’t care about what they’re here to do. There’s always at least 7 people servicing customers and yet they can’t have the food ready per order. It’s fast food and yet it’s the slowest experience ever. I’ve worked in multiple fast food places including slim chickens, chic fila, DQ, wingzone, etc. I know what it takes to be in that kitchen and serve the food. I’m having a real hard time understanding why food is never up and ready. Do they even fry up chicken or fries beforehand or are they lazy and just wait till someone orders? I’ve never even made a food review before, but like this is bad. I don’t know if it’s management or what, but I’m a store manager myself and I know you have to hire quality people who are fast, efficient and serving with a smile. This genuinely needs to get sorted out. I just got food from this location and every car in the line was made to pull up. I’m sitting here still and cars are being made to park and wait. Just make the damn food, is it that hard? Or do we just need to veto this location and ask for something else. Cause this is BS. I’ve asked multiple times why I’m being made to pull up and they just keep saying the food isn’t ready. So basically take out the drive thru and make it a sit down restaurant. Cause asking for fast food service is too hard. Look into this please. I spend at least $25-$50 everytime I come here, yet we can’t get good or fast service? Like come on.

Not always the best service or 'atmosphere' here, yet the food does make up for it. I would greatly reccomend their chicken sanwiches, *especially* the spicy version. They also have great fries.
