Not always the best service or 'atmosphere' here, yet the food does make up for it. I would greatly reccomend their chicken sanwiches, *especially* the spicy version. They also have great fries.

Love the salads, I have been everywhere in middle Tennessee and the quality is the same, hopefully the customer service was the same but not, some places are rude and some are great.

Service was fine, but unfortunately it’s December and was freezing inside. It was colder inside than outside! The whole place could also use a big deep clean as everything felt very dirty inside. Because of the cold temps and unclean feeling we chose to eat in our car instead.
I think there are two people working at 7:30 at night. On a Saturday. You will be in line at the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. If you love Zaxby’s get ready to wait. 😫

I used to love Zaxby's but this location is so hit or miss. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told to hold on. Waited for around 7 minutes while cars lined up behind me. No one came back to take my order. I pulled up to the window and they just ignored me. I came in and people just walked by not saying a word. I figured I must be a ghost until finally someone greeted me several minutes later. Glad I wasn't starving but this was ridiculous.

On Halloween I placed an online order for a family pack for pick up in store. We placed it for in store because we had somewhere we needed to be at and was bringing food for the get together and the drive thru is notoriously long. When we arrived my husband went to go in and the door was locked. Customers were inside but the door was lock. It was rainy pretty hard and the workers looked at my husband for 5 mins before cracking the door open and saying "the lobby is closed". There was no sign or reason given to my husband as to why it was closed. My husband explained he had an online instore pick up order. The worker told him he had to go through the drive through then proceeded to slam the door on him and lock it back. Again we placed the instore because we had somewhere to be at a specific time and could not afford to sit in the extremely long line. We attempted to sit in the drive through but after 20 mins we moved two cars and was still not close to the window to let them know it was a pick up. The order was now 30 mins past the time it would have been ready. we have always visited Zaxbys but the person to person customer service was terrible. It would not have been difficult for someone to have handed our already made order to my husband while he was at that door or at least given some kind of communication as to what was going on. We left the drive through because we were already late and could not afford another 30 mins waiting in line. We were still charged the $38 and never received our food. We attempted to call thw store after driving off 3 times with no answer. Then called corporate and were told we would have to deal with this matter with the franchisee. They would email them and someone would get back with us to resolve the matter. It is well past a week and we have heard nothing from anyone. Still charged but no attempt to resolve the issue. We will not be getting Zaxbys again. This was absolutely insane!

I'm so tired of coming here. Every single time we come (which is once a week at LEAST) we have to pull forward and wait for our food. Even if nobody is behind us, they immediately tell us to pull forward and wait. Today every single person is waiting and someone is coming out and asking everyone if the bag he has is theirs, we have waited over 40 mins bc someone else got our food, but at least they are remaking ours and giving us our money back. They need to figure it out and get the kine back to how it used to be. No waiting for 20 to 40 mins every single time. Food is good though!

This place does not want to be in business. Food is not bad and I love Zaxbys In general but this place needs help. At night the lights are never on, almost always the drive through line is long and backed up, and most of the time you have to pull up and wait 20mins + (on a weekday even)for your order which is almost always wrong. Not sure if it’s the management or the staff in general but it looks as if who ever does manage this place doesn’t want or care for business. It should close down and be replaced with another spot that cares or has pride in running a fast food chain restaurant.

The service at this location is atrocious. We have had multiple incidents lately where we place a mobile order and have to wait 40+ minutes and ask multiple times to get it. It would be faster to drive to one of the other locations in Murfreesboro.

Slowest place in town. Always made to pull and park for drive thru. What’s the point in the drive through. Bojangles from now on
