There was a long line at drive thru so I pulled into the online ordering space. I ordered in the app and then tapped the I'm Here button in my email. It said my food would be ready at 8pm. At 8:05 I tapped the I'm Here again.At 8:07 I went inside. They had my food but no one knew I was there. When I complained it was probably cold, they quickly got me another meal and apologized. The food was very good.

I was a ex employee here and I didn’t caught on to them messing up my order every time until today on July 10 I don’t know if they have something against me but it is not right I ordered a loaded fries with a extra tender and it was only 1 tender in there cut up with no cheese and less fries than normal I spoke with the general manager jasmine and showed her my order, and she said it look completely fine. This is so sad that the store doesn’t care if they mess up and continue to move on like the business is good

The woman at the drive thru register working today at 2:00 pm was a sweetheart! She had beautiful nails with green color on them. She needs a raise! Great customer service and food was great.

After going to pick up $50 worth of food for my best friend who had just had an emergency c-section in the hospital, I realized they had forgotten one of my meals. No big deal, I called the store to let them know and the lady on the phone was very nice. She said I could come back within a week to have it replaced. I come by a few days later and they say they don’t have any record of it. The best they could do was offer 10% off the order. So not only was I out food for my hospital visit… I have now wasted money. Terrible location. Don’t waste your dollars.

I can't say this loud enough - CHECK your order BEFORE you leave! Placed an online order for my lunch, pick up from drive through. Only 2 things and it was literally spelled out for them. Gave me the wrong Quesadilla; I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and they gave me the Fajita one with peppers which I can't stand, and put ice in my drink which I specifically asked for them to leave out. They only offer 2 Quesadilla's and still managed to give me the one I did NOT order. Then when I was handed my drink with ice in it, I gave it back and told him it was supposed to be No Ice. The kid at the window who handed it to me told me the ticked said Ice. I asked him to clarify and he again said yes, the ticked said Ice. You can see the ticket says No Ice. Unbelievable. Called when I got back to work and discovered their mistake. The lady who answered stated I could come back and they'd give me what I paid for. Well no, I only have a limited amount of time for lunch so I don't have time to drive there and back AGAIN! They have no accountability for wasting someone's time and causing someone to miss their lunch meal when they make a mistake. Shouldn't they bare the responsibility when the error is theirs? Should they not be the ones to correct their mistake? They sure won't send someone over to my office with the right food, or have Uber bring me what I paid for because Heaven forbid they be inconvenienced. If you cause an issue for someone, it shouldn't be on the person you caused an issue for to solve the problem. Do Better Zaxbys!

Went here to get food. These are the fries they gave me. I asked is this the amount that comes with fries and I was told this is the weighed amount of 5oz instead of just offering me more fries. If you don’t want less fries don’t go to this location

So disappointed in the service I received tonight. I came through the drive thru after a 4 hour drive and ordered. I got to my hotel room and my order was wrong. I walked back over and not one person apologized for the inconvenience. I also clearly stated I need my receipt back to expense the meal and they threw it away. Order was still missing the coleslaw . Manager was working the drive thru line and my order was still wrong. A simple apology would have prevented this review.
I thought the food would be ok because it was a remake but food was cold . How is that even possible???I received a cocktail sauce instead of zax sauce. I’m always at the hotel next door but I will never settle for this Zaxby’s again. Something that started as being convenient became a big inconvenience .
