So disappointed in the service I received tonight. I came through the drive thru after a 4 hour drive and ordered. I got to my hotel room and my order was wrong. I walked back over and not one person apologized for the inconvenience. I also clearly stated I need my receipt back to expense the meal and they threw it away. Order was still missing the coleslaw . Manager was working the drive thru line and my order was still wrong. A simple apology would have prevented this review.
I thought the food would be ok because it was a remake but food was cold . How is that even possible???I received a cocktail sauce instead of zax sauce. I’m always at the hotel next door but I will never settle for this Zaxby’s again. Something that started as being convenient became a big inconvenience .

Won’t waste my time here any longer. They left one of my orders out of the bag last night (boneless wings meal) no worries, OWEN was super nice and took care of it. So I went back today (2/14) to pick up my order and they only gave me 5 boneless wings, no meal. So I pulled back around to tell them I was missing the fries, toast.. because I had initially paid for the meal and I only wanted what I had paid for.. Mercedes (the manager I believe) was very rude, pretty much throwing the rest of the meal out the window and shutting the window before I could even speak. It’s not my fault that you guys left my meal out to begin with, and again, not my fault that I wasn’t given the complete meal the second time around. I was very polite with you, you were an ass to me. Never again.

Not enough chicken in the salad Hardly any
To begin with, they discriminate against us for speaking Spanish and during the order the employee went to clean clean tables and reluctantly did not attend to another one. Stalking everything with ugly looks. If that's how it was with us, poor Spanish-speaking employee, would they treat her the same??? Well, suddenly, amidst gossip among the employees, a lady comes out, I guess she is the manager, and goes to My family reluctantly asks my friend to come out of the stagnation because she has your service dog with her. My autistic son tells her wait, ma'am, he is a pet animal and has a license... then my friend shows the license of the dog that was in her lap. And the lady left them to speak and left. She NEVER asked if I had a license or if it was support. I am a mother of 2 special adult children and a friend with her emotional service dog and the manager who came out with an attitude that blessed God, we had to leave the place for our dog who does have an emotional support animal license. My daughter who has CVA and autism felt so ugly that she ate almost nothing and on the way to Florida I convulsed scared thinking that they would take away my friend's dog. It was the most unpleasant experience during my vacation trip. 😑 I have lived in the US for 10 years and this is the first time they have discriminated against us. So much and so ugly. They need ethics classes. Be careful in this place apart, the food is served in 2 minutes but they give it to you 15 minutes later and tomorrow you earn more they look at you cross I never thought that this is how you work with the public I don't want to know how they treat their family... Jesus God forgive the ignorance that is bad 🙏

A few problems today on a pick up order. No sauces were packed for 4 orders, and the mix on the soft drinks were way off, not pleasant to drink. Double check everything before you leave.

The service is always great and normally the food is, but my last order was not good at all. All of my food tasted precooked like it had been sitting.

I placed an order in the app for take out. The left out an entire order, the coke had no syrup and my tea tasted like dirt. I've tried reaching out multiple times for a refund and no one has gotten back to me. To top it off, it was my son's birthday and this what wad he asked for and it was his order they left out

It was a nightmare. Our food was given out to someone in the drive.thru twice. We had to wait for it to be remade. When we asked.for.more to.drink.we were told they had already broken down the machines for the night. We asked if we could just get some water, and they refused. Our food was also overcooked. We had to throw away about half of the food.
