I had a great experience today. Cody came up to me and asked if there was anything that this location could be doing better to earn my business. I let him know to just treat each guest as if he were the guest.

I had a house zax salad from this place last night and I had diarrhea all night long and fever and felt like vomiting , that was the only thing I ate and didn’t finish it all because it tasted wired . I will never eat salads at this place in my life again .

Service from staff and ESPECIALLY MANAGER CODY was terrible. Order completely incorrect. Overcharged for items. Had to return to store for credit and for manager to look at item as if we ate something we are allergic too. No explanation, apology, or offer to make it right. Staff did not look presentable inside. Try Raising Canes or another location.

This is was my first time at Zaxby's. I had chicken finger tacos, which were surprisingly good. The service was polite and quick. The place itself was a bit dirty with sticky floors and greasy tables.

There was a long line at drive thru so I pulled into the online ordering space. I ordered in the app and then tapped the I'm Here button in my email. It said my food would be ready at 8pm. At 8:05 I tapped the I'm Here again.At 8:07 I went inside. They had my food but no one knew I was there. When I complained it was probably cold, they quickly got me another meal and apologized. The food was very good.

very slow service

I was a ex employee here and I didn’t caught on to them messing up my order every time until today on July 10 I don’t know if they have something against me but it is not right I ordered a loaded fries with a extra tender and it was only 1 tender in there cut up with no cheese and less fries than normal I spoke with the general manager jasmine and showed her my order, and she said it look completely fine. This is so sad that the store doesn’t care if they mess up and continue to move on like the business is good

The woman at the drive thru register working today at 2:00 pm was a sweetheart! She had beautiful nails with green color on them. She needs a raise! Great customer service and food was great.

After going to pick up $50 worth of food for my best friend who had just had an emergency c-section in the hospital, I realized they had forgotten one of my meals. No big deal, I called the store to let them know and the lady on the phone was very nice. She said I could come back within a week to have it replaced. I come by a few days later and they say they don’t have any record of it. The best they could do was offer 10% off the order. So not only was I out food for my hospital visit… I have now wasted money. Terrible location. Don’t waste your dollars.
