late and incorrect orders, rude staff. Tried to contact them about an order and had to deal with their annoying AI customer service which is clearly devised to keep you from actually talking to the store. not worth the effort
I ordered via the app today. After waiting over 30 minutes from the app’s update of the pizza being out of the oven , I called. A young man answered and told me that they didn’t deliver. As a customer , one wonders why didn’t they call and update me. He rudely told me that I could come pick it up. He stated I’d receive an email about the voided transaction; which I didn’t .

On several occasions we have ordered and the order has been wrong including the replacement order. We have been credited also but they simply cannot seem to get it right at this location
The image is of the original order and the replacement . Clearly no continuity. We want to always support good companies and local franchising but cannot have repeated poor experiences .
