01/01/26 . Just seen how the manager treats customers and low ranking employees. I live in newbern and i will never go back. When you pay for something extra you should get it. Not complain about it to the customer that just paid for it. I was so disgusted i just walked out.

Me as a professional driver don't have many choices to choose from... With that said I went in this morning for breakfast about 5:15 A.M. and was approached by an unfriendly an unprofessional Manager Mandy who tells me I have to us the kiosk so when I as why you cant take me order and your standing right here she stated she was the only one there and its hard... Mind you im the only customer in the store and no busy drive-thru... This next part made me feel racially profiled because she since another African American female who was working drive-thru to take my order I told her im good got the Managers name and will be contacting corporate this should not keep happening let alone having unprofessional managers in facilities who going to judge their customer service by race This location is in 600 A TN-77 Newbern TN

The McDonald's in Newbern Tn is horrible. Firing an employee because a customer said she cussed them out. When the employee doesn't even cuss. She's never said a cuss word in her life

Burgers weren't cooked through, still pink in the middle
Out of the last 10 times I brought my grandchildren to order from McDonald's only once they got the order right. My grandchildren have allergic reactions to several foods and they don't know how to read online orders and then I didn't receive some of the items that I ordered. Don't go to McDonald's in Murray, Ky unless you want whatever they want to give you instead of what you order and pay for. They refuse to give your money back and you are just stuck with what they give you 💯
