Out of the last 10 times I brought my grandchildren to order from McDonald's only once they got the order right. My grandchildren have allergic reactions to several foods and they don't know how to read online orders and then I didn't receive some of the items that I ordered. Don't go to McDonald's in Murray, Ky unless you want whatever they want to give you instead of what you order and pay for. They refuse to give your money back and you are just stuck with what they give you 💯

Someone needs to train ALL employees how to deliver good customer service. On top of that, food was not fresh.I will never be back at this McDonald's.

Drive thru line backed up nobody at window and was waiting 5 minutes for a drive thru as was leaving girls at windows were shrugging their shoulders as to not care for losing customers

My hamburger meat was so thin and burnt. I can't believe that they would allow this to be given to a customer. It was supposed to be a double cheese burger. I have a picture of you wanna see it.

The order was correct. Just had to pull up and wait for part of it. Drive through. Employees were polite.

Thank you Mgt Kim at Newbern McDonald’s for taking time to actually look at what I was talking about after you packed up my food. I feel sorry for the staff that works under you if you treat your customers this way, I can’t imagine how you treat your staff.

I did not get mad that you didn’t have the Shamrock shakes that I ordered for my grandbabies. I did not get mad that your staff asked if I’d like to replace it with another item and you didn’t want to “mess with all that” when I asked for chocolate shakes instead. I didn’t even get made as you got salty with the little girl at the window who was actually taking time to resolve my refund that was such an inconvenience for you to assist her with. However, when I took the time to politely take out the fries and physically show you that we were drastically shorted on our extra fries and you very condescendingly insulted my intelligence by explaining “baby fries only get 12 fries and I ordered extra fries so it’s not filled up”, I chose to smile and drive away so as not to bicker over something so incredibly petty.

When I got home from ordering 2 kids meals with 2 extra fries, I just wanted to let you know that my granddaughter had 8 fries, not 12 and definitely not more than 12 like she should have had due to me ordering extra fries. I probably wouldn’t be extra hateful about something so petty if you hadn’t spoken to me like I was a complete idiot. I had a really bad night and a really bad day, you were just icing on the cake. I hope you have a much better day and I’m praying for your staff because I literally can not imagine listening to your rude hateful attitude all day when I was trying to earn a dollar. The way you were speaking to your staff was disgusting and disgraceful. I know for a FACT the Ms Harris would have fired you on the spot if she heard your antics today with me. Completely gross how you treated everyone while I was there for 10 minutes to pick up a preorder. Customer service and fast food is not the industry for you if you can’t bag an order and be halfway polite to customers. Jamie is a rockstar and the staff there is usually super professional except every experience I’ve had recently when you are on staff has been negative. Hope they retrain you soon.
