Most of the staff there are polite. The time it takes for a drink when the place is empty is still terrible. Up to 20 minutes for a run of the mill soda and tea. Part of the issue is the wait time before anybody even answers the call button. Same issue at drive through as well. WHY?

Very horrible customer service! If you pay cash the car hops will ask if you want your change or can they have it!! Every one of the carhops have horrible attitudes. Only 2 people with good customer service is Victoria & Natalie!! They go above & beyond for their customers! Sonic messed my order up, made me swip my card both times & charged me both times! When I called I was told I couldn't have my money back til the transaction is voided & could take a week! Even though they admitted that their employee is the one that messed my order up! Very unprofessional, very poor customer service! I will not be returning to this sonic!!
