Most of the staff there are polite. The time it takes for a drink when the place is empty is still terrible. Up to 20 minutes for a run of the mill soda and tea. Part of the issue is the wait time before anybody even answers the call button. Same issue at drive through as well. WHY?
cortney is an amazing server. our order had messed up twice and she gave us 4 coupons as a sorry for an inconvenience. every time i go up there and she serves she is always happy and has a smile on her face and is always so sweet!
I made my order I should have got two burgers I only got one called back in and told him I got one set for another 10 minutes finally they come out and not explain to him what it was then go back in 5 minutes later they bring it out 87 cents and change okay I call back and got a manager come out she comes out said they thought I didn't get my changes no more I didn't get my burger this is stupid another 10 minutes later I finally get a burger and they didn't make...
