Store hours are not consistent. One day they will close at 10pm and the very next they will close at 8pm. Their opening schedule is just as erratic! This is such a problem that I would not even dare try to go there for breakfast because I am concerned that they will not be open as this has occurred several times. On the average the employees have a pretty decent attitude. Especially considering the fact that they are ALWAYS understaffed. Nonetheless, make sure you do not have any appts nor curfews, etc. if u r planning to eat a meal at this location. This is not the place to get a “quick bite to eat”….

If I could give it lower than 1 star I would. I do a lot of traveling for my job and seeing family. The drive thru is never ever open, they always have a “ trash Can” setting in the drive thru area the service is absolutely awful, the food is even worse when you finally get it . Last year however I did get to go through it and order however I was greeted by some druggy type people moving their jaw a whole lot and the food was absolutely awful…needless to say i would avoid this place at all costs.I have to come through this area from Chattanooga to go see family from time to time and let me say…every time I come here to this place I think maybe I’ll try it again and see if it’s gotten any better and it never does. This is a 5 year insight on this spot. Don’t waste your money.

I planned out my day to end my trip here just to get some Wendy's. Get there at 10:20 pm (Well before they close at midnight) And the guy tells me they are only accepting orders through Doordash?! What type of business is this??

We are traveling and stopped for food. We stood in line for 20 minutes while being stared at by an employee who was not doing anything. Literally standing around and pretending to look at screens, standing there talking about “we should just close down right now,” as there’s a line all the way to the door . Multiple people left including us so we didn’t even get food.
Sad. Manager should be fired, staff can only be as good as management. Ordered a meal 12.25$ gave a 20$. Was told had no change. It was only 2 pm. How are staff supposed to function the rest of day

This was the second time this week. I attempted to get lunch here. Lying was not that long, however it took 5 minutes to take two people's orders. Then the girl on The one register that was open stopped taking any more orders and helped with food.
I don't know if it's an employee problem management problem or what have you. But again this is the second time I've been unable to wait for somebody to take my order.
I can understand if it was extremely busy. But it just was not. I will Mark this off my list of places that I'll stop when I'm on my regular route to Kentucky.
