Customer service was good. But the food preps have no pride in their work. The burger they fixed for me had so much condiments on it it was all over the burger I wonder if that’s the way he likes it. I wouldn’t think so. No pride no equal’s no customer service.

This is hands down the most staffed fast food establishment I've been to outside of chick fil a. They were so kind and courteous. Forgot one chili and was actually apologetic and gave free toppings. Clean ambiance.

4 times in the last 3 wks I have come into this res. @diff times mind you and have yet to get service as I waited while 2-3 teenagers chatted and the line did not move for 20min. As it took 20min. Just to move the line I can only imagine how long it would take to get my order.Also apparently the frosty machine is ALWAYS broken. I do hate being a“Karen”But the service is non existent at the Niota Tn restaurant! ? and it smells like a dirty mop! ?yuck!

The line was way backed up because there were not enough employees. That would have been tolerable until they rang up our order and it was eight dollars and change for just two orders of fries! Are you kidding me?!! Prices at these fast food, stores are getting ridiculous and we are not going to throw money away like that. The value for the money is simply not there. I guess we should think Wendy’s… Because we’ll be eating at home and far more nutritional. I’m sure.

Out of soda. Employees making food no gloves or hair nets one employee in blue jeans looked like he hadn't showered in a long time. And then my big bacon classic had no bacon. If I wasn't so far away already I'd turn around.

I live 1/4 mile from this location. The location is at a truck stop right off the interstate. It happens to be the only food on the exit. The drive-thru is NEVER open and if you do go inside it takes forever to place your order. If you stop here plan on being there a while. A a s
