My new favorite drink stop for loaded teas. They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from. They offer shakes too. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean and inviting. I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing them.

I love the loaded teas here. They always are very knowledgeable too when I want to switch things up. Great service. Friendly environment. I love the Bahama Mama and the Jimmy Buffet.
Every time I come to 31A, Sydney and Shane are AMAZING!!! The service is great and they are so incredibly friendly!! I tend to go there 4 times a week!! I love this place so much and I ALWAYS get the best service!
I have been a regular customer since the shop opened. It is my go to place for hydration and I love that Sydney and Shane are always so welcoming and accomodating.
