My new favorite drink stop for loaded teas. They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from. They offer shakes too. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean and inviting. I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing them.

I love the loaded teas here. They always are very knowledgeable too when I want to switch things up. Great service. Friendly environment. I love the Bahama Mama and the Jimmy Buffet.
Every time I come to 31A, Sydney and Shane are AMAZING!!! The service is great and they are so incredibly friendly!! I tend to go there 4 times a week!! I love this place so much and I ALWAYS get the best service!
I have been a regular customer since the shop opened. It is my go to place for hydration and I love that Sydney and Shane are always so welcoming and accomodating.

Man this service here so good they should change the name to A1 service nutrition. They always get me in out with my shake and tea and the check in on social media discount helps me save money everytime.. WARNING Everyflavor u can think of so it might take u a while to try them all‼️
