Decided to try Marcos pizza for our Christmas Eve family get together. I had never used Marcos so not sure what to expect however, they are close, offered delivery, and I had seen the delivery cars in the neighborhood. What a mistake I made by not trying Marcos sooner!!?? The specials were great….pizza was delicious…..and the delivery person was on time and super friendly!! 110% suggestion ordering from Marcos!

Today we ordered the cheesiest pizza ever and that’s what we got. Under than 10 minutes hot and very cheeeesy! A very good night for Marcos :)

Ordered a pizza through a delivery company and the workers put the wrong pizza in the box and the manager is unwilling to correct the situation

I’ve probably ordered 100 pizzas from Marco’s over the past couple years and for the most part i’ve had a pleasant experience. Tonight however total delivery time was over an hour and half. 30 min past the promise date. Once they arrived they didn’t have the full order. Delivery driver nor the store was apologetic.

Pretty good pizza for delivery or carry out. I got a pie, half the works half chicken Hawaiian. Very good!

The staff at Nolensville Marco's was very nice and helpful. They helped me save money on my order and brought me my order. The pizza was delicious. I will be back! I recommend.

The delivery service is unreliable and slow. We had a promise time for our pizza and the pizza still had not arrived. The delivery time was already one hour after when the order was placed. Called the store and the pizza is done but no update of when it may be delivered. She said the drive was in “traffic”. Checked google maps and there isn’t any traffic in the area. The person in the store was super unhelpful on any of my questions.

I live in LA and eat Marco’s sometimes there. However, I can tell you this location by my parents house when I come to visit is literally the best Marco’s I’ve ever eaten! Always so fresh and yummy! The one at home in LA should take notes. LOL.

I always place my order through the app but this time the app wasn’t working so I decided to call and the customer service was horrible. A lady picked up and started huffing and puffing as if she was annoyed that I called. She then put me on hold and started arguing with her co-worker about her hours or something about clocking in right. This is the second time I have experience bad customer service from this location. The first time they were all on their phones and no one wanted to look for my order. It could be that it’s because there are many teenagers working there but customer service needs to improve!
