A friend ordered a French Dip sandwich on the app and wanted to substitute the cheese. It would not allow any options other than not having cheese so no cheese was on the sandwich. Then when she picked up the sandwich at the drive through that went well but when she got the sandwich home 7 minutes away the roast beef was dried out and tough as shoe leather. There was no cheese and the meat was just dried meat and bread. There was alot of the au jus to dip the sandwich in but it was a horrible sandwich. We did not even eat it all because we were afraid it would not digest at all! I called and they did say they refund the total $14.68 so I will watch for the refund! As of 8-21-25 there is no refund for this so both the food and service are bad.

The manager on duty today (8/23/25). Was spectacular!! Her customer service and care was impressive. The food was also amazing. Would definitely eat there again

Over a decade long time fan of McAlister's. Glad to have one in this location. The food is really good, reliably good. Better than any cafe. Great menu full of options everyone in the family can find something enjoyable to eat - sandwiches, salads, spuds, you pick 2, etc. The service is always nice people working at McAlister's, want you to enjoy your meal. Clean, comfortable ambiance. I always remember them for their notable tea, as not too sweet for the better; not turned off by feeling like drinking pure sugar.

I stopped going here last year because it was terrible, the food quality was awful and portions were ridiculous. I decided to give them another chance about a month ago and it was excellent. I went back again today and it was just as good. If you live in the area and had given up on them, I recommend giving them another try.

First the air was throwing snowballs. On the hottest day of the year that made me feel better right away. We walked up to the register and Carlisle greeted us with a smile and asked if we were hungry. I said yes. I’ve been on a Fast and haven’t ate since Sunday. I ordered the half sub half salad combo with a large sweet tea and a side of Mac and cheese. My partner ordered the house salad with Smokey pepper Jack Turkey. Oh my. It was so FRESH! The portions were no skimpy like most places nowadays. I haven’t been to a McAlister’s in a couple years because my old favorite went to S***. CARLISLE. THANK YOU so much for being such a delight. You made my day better.

I am not sure how this location has a low rating. We stopped randomly today and were greeted warmly by Carlisle. She was very pleasant. Our food came out fast and fresh. Everything was great. Also their Air conditioner works superbly in this terrible heat!

We frequent this location often. Today when we enter there was an entire baseball team parents, grandparents and numerous other customers around 1:30 probably tell me 40 people. I was so impressed with the young lady at the register named Makenna. While in line observing her, she was professionally as cool as I cucumber! A shout out to the kitchen crew for moving their orders along as quickly as they could.
Have ordered from here multiple times at lunch and dinner and have never had any issues. Food is always fresh and the staff friendly, order is always correct

I like McAlister's. Sure the prices have went up like everywhere else, but it's still usually pretty good even at a higher price than what a sandwich should be. This particular McAlister's is absolutely horrible. No one on this staff should be working with customers. Absolute worst service.
