The food was sooooo good! I had the Drunken Noodle at level 1, (I cannot do spicy food). The flavor was awesome! The honey with a lite hint of Soy sauce complemented the vegetables' flavor, my wife had the Pad Tia heat level 2. She only let me have a taste. Flavor was very good too. It had more heat, right at my threshold.... It was good though.... We will definitely be back. Our new favorite place for Tia!!

We’ve eaten here multiple times and I’ve waited to post this review. The food is average (not terrible) but the management and the staff that takes reservations, phone orders etc is absolutely terrible. This has happened multiple times but tonight was the last straw.I called to order multiple dishes and was told that the hibachi entree would take about 30-40 min longer than the Thai food. I said “no problem” and then was hung up on. I called back thinking it was just an error and a different girl answered phone and told me the same thing, “no problem” but “could you please hold the Thai food order for 30 min so it doesn’t get cold waiting for the hibachi entree to be finished?”Her answer, “Absolutely not, you’ll have to come up here twice and pick up the Thai order first if you don’t want it to get cold.”“I don’t want to do that because we’re busy.” “I’ll put in 2 separate orders and you can come twice or your other food will have to just sit here until hibachi is ready.”Unbelievable and completely unacceptable for a restaurant to offer menu items and not be able to manage the completion time of the orders.

Absolutely do NOT order from this place! Every time you order you can take the wait time and double it! The staff is rude! Plus they charge a 10% service fee for yo go orders

We ordered Tom Kai soup to go. They asked, "What kind of protein would you like? " we chose chicken. Went to pick it up, and it was $16.77!!! What? That is more than a fajita dinner at Tito's, even more than a high end restaurant. The website printed $11.99. They should have said WOULD you like a protein added, instead of making it sound like it came with it. The staff were very rude about it. I paid for it. The soup was average for that kind of soup, plus their hot system is off. We asked for a 2 in heat, but was more like a 4. I never write bad reviews and make it a practice of going somewhere at least 5 times before I review it. We have not had good experiences with attitudes there, and customer service is everything. We will not be back.

This place is the worst! Always understaffed. Forget about being able to order to go- you'll wait 90 minutes. Food is mediocre. Staff is rude. I truly have no idea how it stays open.

We had our dinner here many times but this is the worst experience we ever had. The waiter who was supposedly the manager here did not know how to treat his customers. He had my order wrong twice and everytime he came with my order, he just threw the plate at the table without even looking at us. I have never had such a rude experience anywhere ever. Adding a photo for proof. He just threw it at the chair where no one was sitting and turned his face away and left. When we asked if we could talk to a manager, we learnt he is the manager. That was even more unbelievable!!! Never coming back here again. I’m going to let all my friends know about my experience and leave a review everywhere I can. Nobody deserves to be treated this way!

I've driven by this place a hundred times and never gone in. A friend of mine took me there and we ate at the teppan bar. Food was actually much better than I anticipated. Nice local group of people. The chefs were friendly. And the pricing was very reasonable for that type of food. Enjoyed it and would definitely go back.Vegetarian options: You could definitely order vegetable teppan at a Japanese restaurant. Since the foods made to order and you order it how you like it you could get whatever you like to accommodate your diet.Kid-friendliness: This seems like a great place to take the kids. The preparation at the tables is fun.Parking: Decent parking around The parking lot. Don't assume you'd have a problem but there are a few restaurants in there maybe on a busy or night there might be fewer spots. When we went it was fine.Wheelchair accessibility: On the lower level so I'm sure there's no problem with wheelchair accessibilityDietary restrictions: Since his food is made to order I'm sure that you could order it how you like in the chef can prepare it.

Love the Hibachi here, you don't even have to sit at the Hibachi table to order Hibachi, which when they are fill is wonderful. Clean Restaurant, friendly service, an Fried Rice to yell about its delish. There is good parking around the back of the Restaurant. Very good Asian cuisine.

Affordable Thai and hibachi place (more emphasis on the hibachi). The menu feels a bit small, but at least had popular dishes like pad thai and fried rice. We ordered pad see ew, which was a bit too salty for my taste. The tofu drunken fried rice had absolutely delicious fried tofu, but the rice was lacking flavor. Our waiter was very kind and got our orders in timely.

Went for hibachi dinner and it was totally fine. Food was well cooked, wait time wasn’t long, the whole table was offered sauce refills, and there was nothing to complain about. Everyone ate almost all of their food and enjoyed the chef. Miso soup was also very good and has a nice peppery flavor

Came in on a Wednesday Night and the service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes for a waiter, then 20 minutes for our drinks to come out. Then we finally received our food (accompanied by our drink orders that finally showed up).If you’re in a hurry? Not the place for you.But that being said, I give this food an 11 out of 10! Best Chicken Pad Thai I’ve ever had! I just wish the service was better. I understand places are understaffed now a days but what place isn’t? And it wasn’t by any means busy in the restaurant.

First time - looking for a Hibatchi grill being new to Nashville area - found it! Chicken, shrimp and scallop were delicious. Only drawback - we are used to garlic fried rice, we asked but I guess they don’t do garlic. Fantastic meal - we will make it a regular of ours.

We have been 4 times and only once was it good. Yesterday we walked out bc we couldn't even get a waiter to our table. The time before that the rice from hibachi was almost ALL crunchy And the time before that it took us an hour and 45 minutes to dine at a table because the service was so slow. We won't be returning until we start to see reviews coming back up again!

Swung in for lunch and what a pleasant surprise. Hibachi chicken was fantastic with the rice, vegetables, soup and salad. Will go back for sure!

Had a great experience! The food was good and the chef was great! He made Mickey Mouse with the rice and even cut up my daughter's chicken in smaller bites. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but we enjoyed the food and the experience.
