Buyer beware, they use a third party delivery service “doordash” that has little to no accountability. We ordered delivery, an hour later we are handed two wrong pies. Was issued a refund. Returning to Jets as they employ their own drivers.Was trying Papa John’s out but no thanks!

The pizza was great but one of my pizzas were burnt underneath. The young men working there were nicer than other Papa Johns I've been to though.

Ordered at 3pm for 6pm delivery. At 6pm, guy calls me and says they don't have a delivery driver, and the food is just sitting here. Asks me if I can come get it, I said no because I have two children at home—he said oh well and gave up.
I ordered my pizza , it said 52-62 mins. It arrived in less than 30 mins and it was just as I ordered, hot and delicious.

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but this is the second awful experience at this location in the past month. We ended up having to cancel our order after waiting over 1.5 hours and getting the run around on the phone. The manager told me they “handed our pizzas over to DoorDash” with no tracking number or contact information. The order never showed. I had to call Amex to cancel the charges.

Personally I have not eaten at this store .. But I do know the speed is coming along good ... And is under new management.. I also might add the quality of the pizzas are looking great ... Go Papa John's

Ordered pizza a couple months ago….waited hours and it didn’t show up. Called them and they said they use a third party to deliver. Then they said they’d send another one, which we never got.Tried them again tonight as it’s our sons favorite…this time I ordered carry out. I was told it would be an hour. Ok….Friday night, no worries. Then went after an hour to pick it up and they hadn’t made it yet and said it would be at least another 40 minutes. Sorry, won’t be back. Too many other pizza options in town.

The food was good and staff friendly. Sadly, my order took 2 hr 10 mins when it said up to 50 mins. That's just not acceptable.
