Just drove over because it said online it's open today, Thursday 12 to 9. It doesn't open until 430pm! I would give it a one star but I just can't do that to Rita's. I love it to much. So frustrating.

Drove and hour to get here to this location and it said that it was open on Google from 12:00-9 and I arrive and it’s closed with actual store hour signs in front of the place. Yes 1 star BC this is so frustrating. Change your hours to represent your actual business hours so people don’t waste their time. We drove from Mt Juliet to get Rita's ice cream, they were closed. We checked hrs online to make sure they were open. I can understand a shortage of staff due to covid but just take the time to update your hrs online. We pulled up to updated hrs mon-thurs 4:30-9 and Saturday and Sunday 12-9. We were there at 12:30 on Saturday and it was closed. Too bad because Rita's is such great ice cream.

I finally got to try Rita's. My daughter and i only got the regular ice cones. Just to give it a try. The taste was bad it was the fact that its 4 dollars a cone for two loops. I wish i had taken a picture. It was gone by the time we made it to a stop light. I don't expect to come out has big has bobbies, but the thing was small. I will go back and try the Italian ice and clustered.

Rita's is easily the best around. We had them in Maryland. Not many ice cream places can compete. DQ and others just aren't authentic.

I had never been in a Rita's before. I decided to satisfy my sweet tooth and go in the location in Nolensville the other day. I had a mixture of custard and Italian ice it was awesome! I will definitely be back
Quick service, many flavor options for the ice. Fair pricing. A good way to cool off and have a quick treat. Building was fairly clean- although I noticed a heavy chlorine smell. It was heavy enough that we opted to sit outside. There isn’t a lot of patio furniture or room- just a few metal chairs on the sidewalk strip in front of the building. While we were there about 6 different families and groups came in their swimsuits, which I assume would account for the chlorine.
