Just placed online order for the guy to tell me he doesn't have it and getting me frustrated. Looking uo the phone number and I see him working on it, couldn't even tell me it came thru.

4 of us walked into this Subway. We were never acknowledged for 15 mins. Oddly, the service counter was hiddened behind a large metal buffet top where you could not see how the employee was making your sandwich. Once I ordered for all of us and went to pay, they told me that their establishment has chosen not to accept any Subway coupons. When I was trying to understand why, the gentleman came over and told me firmly that they do not take coupons and I should have announced before my order that we had coupons. I suggested that maybe they should have a sign telling customers of this policy. He then told me that either I pay the full amount or I don’t take anything that I ordered. So, we walked out, with the 2 footlong and 2 -6 inch subs on the counter. I will never visit this Subway establishment again.

The Nolensville Subway should lose its franchise license. It is the absolute worst. The owner allows kids who work there to run the place as a hangout. They are allows closed, even during normal business hours, and are extremely rude. Drive out of your way to visit any other Subway location!!

Came in with a coupon for a foot long meal. When I went to pay, the cashier was struggling and called, who I assume, is the manager. They spoke briefly, then I was handed the phone.I was informed they would not take my coupon and only the discounted foot longs. I gave them that coupon and said I'd pay for the chips and drink anyway. I was charged accordingly. However, they refused to give me my drink, nor was I given the receipt to verify. Ridiculous.Do yourself a favor, go to Mama's Javas. Their food, service, and prices are excellent. They're located right next door!

Hidden away.Chairs on top of the tables.It was hard to tell if they were even open.Only complaint was my wheat bread was a little hard/stale.
Never order from this place either through the app or phone. Your order will not be made until you get there because the staff are too busy playing on their cellphones than doing their actual jobs. I ordered through the app was told a time tobpick up and even gave them extra time and nothing was even made both workers were just sitting on their butts playing with their phones and said they did not start the order yet. Why? Work is secondary and no supervision. Welcome to the new workforce in America

They were out of basically everything, and it’s lunch time. No wraps, no sweet tea, very few veggies. The bathroom was deplorable. Will not be going back!

Thought I'd try the new sandwiches so got one for me and one for the wife. $25 for two footings number one. Number two the guy making the sandwiches kept asking me if I wanted anything else on the sanwich andbI responded everything that comes on it to which he got confused. I had to point to the board that said WHAT GOES ON THE SANDWICH LOL. And the sandwiches were just OK.
