The Nolensville Subway should lose its franchise license. It is the absolute worst. The owner allows kids who work there to run the place as a hangout. They are allows closed, even during normal business hours, and are extremely rude. Drive out of your way to visit any other Subway location!!

Came in with a coupon for a foot long meal. When I went to pay, the cashier was struggling and called, who I assume, is the manager. They spoke briefly, then I was handed the phone.I was informed they would not take my coupon and only the discounted foot longs. I gave them that coupon and said I'd pay for the chips and drink anyway. I was charged accordingly. However, they refused to give me my drink, nor was I given the receipt to verify. Ridiculous.Do yourself a favor, go to Mama's Javas. Their food, service, and prices are excellent. They're located right next door!

Hidden away.Chairs on top of the tables.It was hard to tell if they were even open.Only complaint was my wheat bread was a little hard/stale.

Awful. The girl making my sub did not know how to make a sandwhich. She pilled all the chicken on one side of the bread and then all my toppings on the other... and then folded it like a hamburger, it was the hardest thing to eat. Also the chicken was cold bc she put it in the oven for like 2 seconds. Not a fan of this location.

Never order from this place either through the app or phone. Your order will not be made until you get there because the staff are too busy playing on their cellphones than doing their actual jobs. I ordered through the app was told a time tobpick up and even gave them extra time and nothing was even made both workers were just sitting on their butts playing with their phones and said they did not start the order yet. Why? Work is secondary and no supervision. Welcome to the new workforce in America

Todays Sammy 10/10 however the last two times we have gone they have either been out of steak or barely had any for a 6 inch. Do you all not keep more on hand??

They were out of basically everything, and it’s lunch time. No wraps, no sweet tea, very few veggies. The bathroom was deplorable. Will not be going back!

Thought I'd try the new sandwiches so got one for me and one for the wife. $25 for two footings number one. Number two the guy making the sandwiches kept asking me if I wanted anything else on the sanwich andbI responded everything that comes on it to which he got confused. I had to point to the board that said WHAT GOES ON THE SANDWICH LOL. And the sandwiches were just OK.

I love Subway. It is one if my favorite places to eat if I'm doing take-out. However, this is by far the worst Subway I have ever visited. I am writing this after giving them several chances. I live fairly close and keep coming back thinking they will improve. After today, I give up. Several times I have ordered and got stale bread. Once the girl was even pulling the center out of the bread, until I stopped her.I still haven't figured that one out.. Today the bread wasn't stale. They only had one type. It wasn't my chosen type, but they were not making any effort to cook any more. My choices were to take the one type they had, or do without. There is never more than one person working. Twice I have noticed the trash cans were full to a condition of running over. If they only have enough business to employ one person it looks like they would have time to empty the trash. I can go on. There have been other unbelievable occurrences. But you get the point.. I normally only give positive reviews. I enjoy letting people know about places the give a little extra. However, I just had to let anyone that is interested about this terribly sub- standard location know what to expect. I know I'm done with it!

Are they kidding with the HVAC? Employees are wiping their forheads from sweat and then making the sandwiches. Make it a liveable temperature and then I'll delete the negative post.
