Save your time and go somewhere else. Took my family here Saturday night and we waited 1 hour for our ice cream to be ready. After waiting 45 minutes I asked for a refund and was refused. 2 staff members were there, one was very friendly while the girl who was working was not at all. She was complaining while working, slamming our cups down on the counter and throwing things around, horrible attitude. Rushing through the cups so our ice cream was still runny when we received it. Sad to say we will not be coming back.

Never been to an ice cream store that had basically nothing in stock. Why bother staying open when 90% of your items are out?

Just try the ice cream.

Really good ice cream and customisation but it is slow.

I would love to give this place more stars but I wan unable to try anything as they were closed at 8:24pm when google and the store signage clearly stays 9pm

Waited more than an hour for ice cream for my family of four. Too busy making to go orders to serve customers. First two came out after a half hour then they made multiple more to go orders then finally made the last two and hour later after complaining.

This place is ridiculous, the manager is never there. Seems pretty negligible to the customers and staff. I feel bad for the UNDERAGE STAFF, they’re practically running the store BY THEMSELVES. 15-17 year olds running an entire store on their own, it should not be their responsibility to be a “manager” figure. I’ve only seen the manager in there maybe once or twice.

If you are coming here with a city saver cupon dont bother coming. They don’t accept them.

Ordered the cinnamon and s'mores ice cream cups. It was really good. It's a cold stone type of service but with a little twist. Pretty good for the price and workers made the ice cream really well. They seemed pretty laid back and it was a cool atmosphere.

Used to be good. Won't be back. The new pricing matrix is way off. Only 1 size cup for adults, small is for kids under 13. Without exceptions!!! Also an upcharge to create your own and not use one of their approx 6 recipes. Even if only getting cream and and a single ingredient. Staff was sympathetic and nice, said this is all new and not being received well. Good Luck.

We walked in at 7:45. They made eye contact with me. There were other customers waiting in front of the kiosk so I thought we were in line. Others came in after us and they told them they were not accepting new orders. Still thought I was good being we had been there 10 mins at that time. Literally wait til they look like they have a minute to care for me and they tell me they closed 5 minutes ago. My 9 year old and 7 year olds are crushed. Never tried it and now we never will.

Kids were excited to go but they were closed before 8pm on Sat night, hours said open until 9pm. Please update your hours if you don’t have the staffing to support it.

You guys deserve every bit of this 5 Star review! 2 very courteous gentlemen were working the shop on Friday night, November 4th and they had a rush of 4 to 5 families with 4+ members per family. Never missed an order and knocked it out out of the park!!
