The customer service we received was absolutely amazing! We want to thank the manager who was on duty tonight 12/23 he truly went above and beyond. The food was excellent as well!

Staff was very nice and friendly. Plenty of seating available on a Tuesday night. I would recommend the barbcide sauce and the garbage fries. Both were great! The pub fried pickles were not great, and the Caribbean jerk sauce was also not great. The main negative is price>experience. I understand the fast casual concept, but this hybrid model seems to fall flat in a number of ways. I don't understand how this is a better eat-in experience than going to chili's and the food isnt as good as say wingstop. The food is cooked to order which is great but it's not fast food and its just as expensive as any sit down casual (including tip request). Not really my style but I hope this serves others well and I wish the business owner future success.

If you’re looking for wings around nollensville, avoid this place. Hands down one of the worst wings I’ve had here, and on top of that, it’s super expensive for what you get. It’s disappointing because StrikeoutWings used to be a solid option, but unfortunately, they’ve closed. If you need a good alternative, head over to Chex Grill & Wings on Murfreesboro Pike—it’s much better and worth the money.

Food is really good, but the wings are the smallest I have ever seen. This makes them overpriced if you ask me. I also had to go order but they made it for in restaurant and gave it to a different family the realized the error when the family said not my order. They picked it up and packaged it. Service would have been a 5 if not this big error.

Always have a good experience when I eat here. I get the traditional wings combo with fries and they are great. Recently noticed there’s a rewards program as well, so that’s always a good thing for a business to have that treats the regular customers. Recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for tenders, wings, or any of their other offerings.

I've been sleeping Wings To Go. Chicken and sweet potato fries were way better than expected.
I made a mistake by doing an online order for wings to go for the first time ever and accidentally ordered at this location instead of Arkansas. I called immediately when I realized I made the mistake to apologize and ask if I can cancel the order… the manager canceled my order, but was extremely unprofessional and rude to me about my mistake. I know that he’s out of a couple dollars. I know how business works. But you treat consumers with respect and kindness REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCE. Fix your attitude and treat people how you would like to be treated in a time when YOU make a mistake! Thanks!
