I’m the sister from previous post. I would NEVER order buffalo as I have stomach issues that spicy foods irritate. I did, however, order barbecue. Easy to misinterpret. As someone who has been in the restaurant and hospitality business for over 20 years, the way you handled yourself in store and through your reply on the review, shows the kind of person you are. This will reflect on your business, if not now, in the future. The correct and professional response would have been something along the lines of, “I’m sorry, I thought you said buffalo. Let me get that corrected for you.” Before the incident I had every intention of coming back because the food, as a whole, was good. The customer service from the lady out front, I do not wish to ever see, speak, or interact with her again. If anyone asks if I have been to your establishment, I can confidently state that I have and tell them of my poor experience. Have a good day and may you learn some manners in customer service.Edited to add: you cameras couldn’t have said that I said buffalo as I cannot eat buffalo or anything spicy due to gastrointestinal issues. But your response says it’s all about your character. We are not “basement dwellers”. You, however, are unprofessional and I will be reporting you along with screenshots of your responses to the Chamber of Commerce. Have the day you deserve.

I must say this place is awful. At first the worker was very nice and then after we tipped and paid (we ordered it and ate inside for my birthday) the demeanor totally changed. My sister ordered barbecue wings and she brought out buffalo wings and when she was corrected she was like “no you ordered buffalo” and my friend was like “no I didn’t I would never say buffalo I can’t do spicy” and she rolled her eyes and ran into the back and they remade them but they did something to them. They was horrible and whatever they did they tampered with it for no reason other than her not hearing what my friend ordered and getting mad over it. Very very unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend this place!

We went to Andy’s Pizza in Oak Ridge Saturday Feb. 24th. It was busy with take out orders, but the owner was so nice. We met another couple there for dinner. Their food is homemade. We ordered pizza and our friends ordered the calzone and lasagna. The pizza was very good with delicious crust, sauce and fresh toppings. The calzone was fresh made and the lasagna was too.We had a very good experience. The place is small but quaint.Most of their business is carry out, but definitely worth the trip we made from Maryville.

I’ve been in a few times and haven’t taken the time to leave a review but last night I grabbed a take out order on my way home and it was perfect!! The pizza was great and even reheated well the next day for lunch. Prices are fair and the portions are great and you can taste that it’s home made. Definitely the pizza place to go in Oak Ridge. The staff are the sweetest too and give back so much to the community.
This place is phenomenal! We went in today and had the wings, lasagna, and a pizza. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can tell they put love into what they do. The lady at the front desk that took our order was so sweet and funny. We will definitely be back!! If you haven’t been in and tried them you need to go now. No seriously, like go check them out!

Amazing - hidden gem, do yourself a favor and try this place out! We ended up here after another popular pizza place had a long wait, and WOW ARE WE GLAD WE DID! I’ve been gluten free for 16 years and this was one of the best pizzas I’ve had! The owners were so nice and the chef even came out to ask us how are food was and to tell us that he makes the gluten free crust himself from scratch. The crust was seasoned and not chewy like most GF pizza crusts. My husband and daughter shared a regular pizza and loved it as well! The wings were super delicious and also gluten free. Please support this wonderful local business!

Tried this place based off Facebook reviews. It was not good, at all. All 3 pizzas were very bland with no flavor. Taco pizza had EXTREMELY stale chips crunched on top we couldn’t even eat it. Philly pizza is supposed to have cooked onions and peppers not uncooked peppers… Overall a complete bust and won’t be back.
