Today my son and I went to the Oak Ridge Arby’s for dinner and we were met with so much kindness and care by Trina. She went above and beyond which is genuinely appreciated. She literally made our day and we will be coming back because of her!

Great food at reasonable prices. I go for the Greek gyro (pronounced year-row) or the Reuben. All the spud choices cakes, curly and crinkly #PerformTheRitual. That’s to say they suffice to offset all that fresh sliced meat. Jamoca shake ever since my first job at 16 with the new franchise opened in Waukegan, Illinois. That’s some 46 years ago for anybody counting. And I am!

The roast beef and cheddar sandwich was delicious, but the potato wedges were terrible. The oil needed changed a long time ago. And someone needs to learn how to clean the windows. I don't think we will be returning to this particular place again.

The guy on front register was so rude . We came in at 11 am yes just opened up . But we surly didn't know that the guy at register couldn't take our money ( cash ) cause he said he couldn't brake it . Ok well ask manager least dont just stand there and look at the customer like there stupid for God sake wow .. but you all need a better person for front that has respect for your paying customer's. We want be back i promise . I used to be shift manager at Arby's and my employees never responded to customer's like that . I mean come on people !!!!

Food was pretty good, but I didn't get to eat it until I got home. The lady on the drive-through speaker was very sweet though so it made up for not being able to eat the food fresh (which wasn't Arby's fault).
The Food Is Always The Same, Overpriced Anymore, The Woman Working The Drive Through On Thursday @ 4 (08-17-25) Was Beyond Rude, They Left A Drink Off I Asked About It (mind you this was already after she jerked the card out of my hand, and ignored me when I said I didn't need a receipt please, while looking me in the eyes, and still gave it to be rolling her eyes when I reminded her) She Pretty Much Insinuated I Was Lying About The Tea, Charged Me & Proceeded To Crumble The Receipt On Top Of Another Bag She Had Left To Give Me. I Understand Bad Days, Frustration, & Just Generally Being Annoyed, Having Said That When Working With Customers Especially Polite Ones, Who Remain Polite Regardless Of Your Attitude, Either Fake It To Make It Through Your Shift, Or Stay At Home Looking For A Job Non Customer Service Related.
I ordered a half pound beed n cheddar and they gave me the regular beef n cheddar in a double beef n cheddar wrapper. These people must think the meat is coming out of their own pockets. Thank goodness the Lovell Arby's has yet to be that stingy with meat!
