The food was good but I just think people overhype it. I heard it's best pizza in Tennessee. It's good but not great. Would eat again

Got take out. Not nearly as good as it used to be six years ago when I lived in the area, but it's ok. Crust is doughy now but it's better than other pizza in the area.

We waited 47 minutes for a table. Never got a table. Plenty of people behind us went and they didn't let us in.

Customer service was so terrible we decided to change our order from dine-in to carryout after we were seated/brought our drinks. Also, we asked for a kids milk for our toddler but apparently they don’t have milk at all.. what family restaurant doesn’t have milk for kids?
It was freezing in the restaurant so being a jacket if you want to dine-in.
When we finally got our order, they forgot my husband’s drink so he had to go back in. Pizza was mediocre and apparently they don’t have pizza boxes, instead all to-go pizzas are served in bags which is problematic because the cheese/toppings get stuck to the bag.
Overall, not impressed and will not be back.

My son turned19 today… had his first birthday at Big Ed’s and several after. Pizza still awesome but service sucks. Sat up front and watched 3-4 teens “hang out” on a busy no seats available Friday night- they should have been catering to guests rather than discussing teenagers issues. They are on the clock/ where is the manager???? Customer service was Big Ed’s priority so respect. Big Ed spirit should prevail.

Went here after the owner handed my boyfriend a gift card to come try it out. We LOVED it. The crispy crust was PHENOMENAL & the prices were good! Definitely coming back with the kids; a large pizza could definitely feed a family of 4 with no problems!
Just as good as I remember coming here as a kid. Nothing fancy nor a huge menu. Just good simple no thrills pizza. Nothing more, nothing less.

Way too salty, cardboard crust, hardly any pizza sauce, no flavor. I decided to give Big Ed's a second chance today and it was just as disappointing as it was the first time I had it a few months ago. I LOVE pizza and this place was recommended to me by people who have lived here awhile. I guess they've never had good pizza.
