Best pizza so far in the area. A lot of places are doing brick oven here now, that's what I'm used to. For what this pie is, it's hands down one of the best in the East tn area. I'm originally from Massachusetts, so going up against Regina pizzeria and santarpios... Sally's or frank Pepe , (these last two are New Haven Connecticut... and lucali in nyc..nothing down here I've tried so far comes close. Lots of chain garbage pizza saturates this area. Big Ed's is a breath of fresh air. Restaurant is clean , usually packed , service is usually decent. The pizza is usually 20 a pie roughly. Damn good stuff if you've never been to Boston, New Haven, or New York. Recommend this over anything else in the Knoxville, and Anderson county areas.

This is not real pizza. It's Papa John's with extra cheese ordered in a restaurant. They don't even have real/fresh parmesean, oregano, or red pepper. Rubbish ?
Always has served Hot and Great Pizza!!! The atmosphere is "Awesome" for Small to Medium gatherings, but larger ones are always welcome. There has not been one time I've been let down. Been going here since I was a kid.Parking: The main parking is across the street from the restaurant. Also available along the side of the storefront, but always open.Kid-friendliness: Very Popular on sports nights
