The breakfast is usually good and the service okay. However, on at least 3 occasions, including today we have been ignored at front counter. Today we just walked out and visited Panera. They seem to cater more to drive thru and if that is what they prefer then just close the dining room. Works for Pals!

Bojangles has great food — flavorful chicken and solid sides — but the automated drive-thru ordering is frustrating. If you want anything even slightly customized, the system makes it unnecessarily difficult. Literally reminds me of calling a business only to find an automated call service that never has the option I need! Unnecessary and impersonal.
I wish there were an easier option to speak to a real person. The food is the highlight; the drive-thru needs mega work.

Steak biscuits, two for five? Cool! It’s 1:15 and I skipped lunch… no one at the drive through… pull up. A.I. robot tries to sell me something else, but finally asks for my order. I order. Robot says “Steak will take five minutes, is that okay?” No. It isn’t. Back to the road I go. If you aren’t busy and you’re “fast food” and you’ve got a big sign advertising the deal, you better have the item.

I am not a resident of Oak Ridge, but I have been a loyal customer to this Bojangles location. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell way short of expectations. After ordering a 3-piece chicken strips meal with mashed potatoes and a drink, I received cold food. The lady working the window stated she would remake the 3 strips of chicken, and to pull up and wait for it. The staff was on their cellphones including the manager when I pulled through the drive up. The only one working was the lady taking the orders. However, the manager immediately came out to take my food box away, and claimed that since I had eaten some of the mashed potatoes (which was warm and was not supposed to be replaced) she wouldn’t redo the 3 pieces of cold chicken. Despite my explanation and showing her the untouched chicken, she refused to accommodate me. She became defensive and rude, and as soon as I realized this, I attempted to hand her the box of food, including the mashed potatoes I had taken 2 bites of. She alleged that I threw the food at her, which wasn’t the case. I parked my car, walked in the store and attempted to resolve the issue in-store, the manager became irate and aggressive, stated it was “her store and get out and I was banned from returning!” I was threatened with law enforcement and she had the entire staff chiming in with laughter during her rant. I felt her behavior was catastrophic and unacceptable and unbefitting of a customer service representative and manager. I do not know how to contact the store owner, but I hope someone addresses her on this. Especially with good communication skills and policies and procedures for Bojangles. It was around 3pm on 12/12/2025

The best place to get breakfast on my way home from work. Cajun Filet with hotsauce and Bo Rounds. This location is always fast, fresh, and courteous.... I still don't like the robot drive thru, but I can tolerate it because the food is excellent every time.

Very poor service went Through the drive through two cars waiting in front of me set there for 30 mins at least so drove around went in side one person was there not taking orders are anything she told me the drive through people was first priority but was not waiting on them either was doing nothing me and another person that was there left. Don’t know how they will stay in business
I was tired and just looking for something fast and easy for dinner, I honestly didn't expect it to be so good. I've been sleeping on Bojangles of Oak Ridge Tn. My goodness, everything was absolutely delicious and this is going to be my #1 spot from now on. Thank you.

Horrible place, they gave the person in front of me all the chicken they had left for free about 45 mins before closing so they didn’t have to take my order, this place is a joke and needs to be investigated

The AI feature for the Drive-Thru is terrible. Doesn't understand. Tries to build a combo rather than ring it up as a combo. Long time delays. Waited a long time for the food. Then we ask for ketchup and another sauce and received no sauces. Better of going somewhere else unfortunately.

had to wait for food in the drive thru for nearly 15 mins and then had to go and ask if they had forgotten about us. then didnt get all of our order. and was asked to pull over and wait again. we just left.
