Short girl taking our order at 5:00 PM was rude. It was obvious she did not want to be there. At least the food was fresh and hot, although it all came from the back. The empty warmers at the counter were nasty looking. Staff were all loud and yelling in the back. We love Bojangles, but won't be back to this one.

If I could leave a zero star I would , never has anything prepared . Staff is always goofing off in the back. It’s not as bad as the city’s KFC but this bojangles is a close second. Only time they ever have good food is early lunch

Ashleigh did an amazing job! Friendly helpful and she took a teachable moment and taught a coworker how to do tap pay.

Ordered the biggest family meal and ordered extra sides. Only received 4 of the 8 biscuits. Only received 4 of the 8 pieces of chicken and was short 8 pieces of the tenders. Needless to say.. I ordered the big meal to feed a large group.. Extremely disappointed with Bojangles in Oak Ridge TN 10/7/24 between 530-6pm
