This location is constantly out of everything that you try and order. The last time I visited they didn’t even have any carbonation in the drink fountain. I will NEVER visit this location again. So GROSS.

They need to do somwthing about the drinks they dont taste good anymore the mello yello was not good at all went thru drive thru and the drinks didnt taste good. It was too late to go back to get another drink and it hasn't been the first time either.

Do not go here. You will not receive your whole order and they will not refund for the food they did not provide. We never eat fast food. I wanted burger king for a treat so I didn't have to cook. Not only was it not ready when my husband got there to pick it up after the pick up time. We were missing a large fry for my husband and a small halfsies for 1 of my kids. I put the order in online for pick up, he had no clue what I ordered. He got home and as soon as I saw what was missing we called the store. We were not driving another 15 minutes to pick them up we just wanted a refund and according to the store they can not do that I had to go to the website. I did they absolutely refuse to refund the less than $10 for the food I did not receive and refuse to make it right. I'm not interested in a credit that won't be used. My husband said when he was there the employees were clueless and the manager was yelling at them from the back who needed to take a break. I will not go back to this store and will tell anyone who will listen this company would rather steal $10 from a family than make right their mistake. Now I remember why I don't eat fast food.

Friendly people. Entire order was incorrect. Repeated our order several times and we were assured they understood what it was even though the screen did not match. Received 1/4 correct items many which were cold and stale. Will not be returning.
