33 years on this planet and I have never had this bad of an experience at a fast food place. The customer service was horrible not one person in there acted like they cared about there job, the establishment, and especially the customers, it showed when I got my food or the little bit of my order that I did get and had to even microwave my family's food before eating. I will for no reason ever return to this burger King.

I wish I could give this new BK zero stars. Employees are rude and appear to all be unhappy even being there. No smiles just poor attitudes. Took 30 plus minutes to get my order which was a simple order. Not busy at all when I went either. Just a terrible experience. I was hoping this place would be better. Looks like they need to shut down again until they retrain their employees. I’ll be going tot he Clinton location for my food.

This Burger King is the worst it’s ever been since it reopened. I went through the drive thru and it took over an hour because they forgot about us twice. And then the next day I went inside and it took an hour because the manager was outside making out with an employee while me and my buddies food sat on their counter for 20 minutes. Food was cold, service was abysmal, and nobody in that restaurant was happy. I saw two people come in and have major complaints about their orders. They got my order wrong and my buddies order wrong. They didn’t give us our drinks until we went up and asked for them. And they forgot stuff out of both orders. Overall this place sucks and the only person I actually saw working was the guy in the back cooking.

The food is probably the best thing to this place in my opinion. The staff are arrogant and very “know it all” type. Takes 20+ minutes after you order to get your food. It’s fresh so I can’t complain much. But it’s watching the employees treat there customers. It’s terrible! I saw a female employee give attitude to an older gentleman who was waiting longer than I did. I’m not the Karen type by no means. However. I was super disappointed in my service against them having a store. Lots of pressure but these “17 year old” female employees have consistently shown to have a attitude towards there customers!

Drove around the building just to check out the new build. Had the employees wave to us and motion that they are open. They are doing a soft open today and I'm super excited for them! Turns out we where their first customers! The food was fantastic!! The staff is super friendly and they have a new grill that makes the burgers taste fantastic!!

They closed the store and demolished the entire building. I really liked this one. I absolutely hate having to do anything in either Clinton or Knoxville.

I hope the burger king in oak ridge tn comes back!! I went here once a week for the past 2 years and always received the correct order. One time my car wouldn't start and one of the employees came out to jump start my battery for me. Very nice employees and food was always good and hot.
The drive through takes too long and they turn off delivery apps early. Understaffed and underpaid. They need more quality employees who don't stink like body odor.

I see they are temporarily closed. I will be anxiously waiting for it to reopen. I love burger king! Also, once, my car battery died and one of the workers was kind enough to offer to jumpstart my car for me. The workers have always been nice and my food is always good. Come back soon!!
