One of my absolute favorite spots to hit up in Oak Ridge!Soft pretzels are worth it for the beer cheese alone!They have an awesome Cuban sandwich and well cooked burgers. Pizza is decent but not their best menu item.

They refuse to transfer the calls from Crafters Brew to the kitchen and the Kitchen at Crafters Brew has stated, “The phone is broken” for the last year + when I have stopped in to inquire. A lot of us work long, hard hours and have nights where we like to call in food and pick it up on our way home. It seems like they are purposely avoiding business. Reminds me of a few money laundering fronts from my time in SC.

My group is from out of town and we couldn’t have felt more welcome. We ended up coming in trivia night (Tuesday) and had a great time!We had 3 of the pizza’s Tuscan, bbq pork and all meat one and they were all good. The bbq was my favorite. The cauliflower wings were great and so were the funnel cake fries and the lava cake.They had an excellent draft selection and will help you make a choice if you can’t pick.To top it off, we had difficulty getting an Uber or Lyft (repeated cancellations) so we were worried we would have to walk back to our hotel. The owner of the bar, Chris, ended up giving us a ride back to the hotel and refused any money for it. Just wonderful hospitality. Please show this place some love. If I come back to Oak Ridge, I will definitely come back here.

4/13/2023. so, i take a small trip to crafter's brew in oakridge,tn. my wife and i hdn't been there for awhile. so i leave around 8:15 p.m. from clinton,tn to pick up some sandwhiches for us to eat. after looking over the menu i head that way. so this is why the bad review. i walk in the kitchen at 8:32 p.m. "sorry we don't serve sandwhiches "after 8:30, we serve only pizza. so i go home. i'm back at my house by 8:55 p.m. wife is pissed, i'm pissed.know where on the f!@#$%^&*() menu does it say anything about when they stop the sandwiches. so, i jump on line to order a pizza. "the telephone is ringing; it's got you on the run. i find "4" different phone numbers but nobody will answer the g.d.f...ing phone. crafter's brew.... "you and your service f...ing suck!!! as for how your pizza taste's. give... me... a... call... if you dare. i won't have any problem telling you what i think.by the way, i tried to use delivery service a.k.a, the ones you use and advertise. they don't have a updated menu. just as well, because "your frozen f...ing pizza probably sucks just like the management!!! steve w. clinton, tn signing off. hope the door hits ya ... where donnie trump split ya!!!
We called to place a takeout order, and the employee who answered the phone said they were not currently accepting phone-in orders "because [their] phones had been down a lot [that day]" (yes, she said this over the phone that she had just answered). She said to come order in person, and we would be in and out within five to fifteen minutes because it isn't busy there on Sundays (the day we called being Sunday). So we drove there, taking all of ten to fifteen minutes to arrive, and they had stopped serving practically everything (including sandwiches) because they do that 30 minutes before closing time. It certainly would have been nice to know this before we drove there. So, we can't speak to the quality of their food since we didn't get to taste any of it. We can, however, speak to the quality of service we got that day, and I'd hope the foregoing is all that needs to be said in that regard.

I thought I would revisit this place. Got a cheeseburger to go for $12. It wasn't good and certainly not worth that. Meat was only slightly warm - probably not freshly cooked, more likely pre-cooked and reheated slightly in a microwave. It was on a very plain not toasted bun. Meat was tasteless (cold) gray stuff. I asked if they could put ketchup and mayo on it. When I opened the box there were foil packets of ketchup and mayo sitting on top of the sandwich, not separate in bag. So everyone who handled the packets just also touched my food - very unsanitary. What has happened to this place? I hate to diss a local place, but I guess they're making all the money they want from their significant beer business, so they dont really care about the food anymore.

Fully loaded nachos are the best! Ask them to add the chicken, and chili with extra cheese! Paulette is amazing! Come check out the kitchen for some yummy food.
