Food was good (if a bit expensive), but the wait was nearly 10 minutes for a simple combo

One of the slower fast food options but good food and lots of choices for desserts.

This DQ has become more and more mismanaged over the past two years. Now they are to the point that basically you go to the drive thru, wait at the speaker for them to fill the order of the person Who is at the window, then once that car drives off they take your order. Not at all how a drive-thru works. They need better management, perhaps an owner change. Now onto the price, I can eat at Aubrey’s for the same thing it costs to eat there. They are, from what I can tell the second highest fast food place around (long John silvers is a lil higher). Spent my last 20 minutes I will be spending at that drive thru.

The lady is never pleasant or friendly in any way. Why is she still at the register!!!

Arrived at dairy Queen today behind four cars. Literally took 40 minutes. When I got up to the window I was told that they are understaffed. However, I can see five people working inside.... I do not understand why this took so long.. this is not the first time I came here and had to wait a long time to get my order taken..

Literally worst experience. We don't eat sweets a lot and were excited to go get a blizzard. We waited for 10 min at the speaker in the drive through line. The staff recited the wrong order to us whe we got to the window, and whe I got home my blizzard was made wrong. I got the smores blizzard and it was missing the marshmallow filled chocolate pieces and instead had just pieces of chocolate. And the bottom 1/2 of my blizzard was just ice cream with no toppings mixed in. My Fiancé said his dipped cheesecake blizzard was ok but it was melting before we left the drive through. We will never be back, this place was horrible.

One star only because you can’t give zero stars. Made our 6th stop of the summer and for the 6th time the chocolate soft serve has been unavailable, depending on what day we stop the machine is either broken or out of chocolate.

The burger looked much different on the menu when we ordered. Obviously, I understand how much time and effort they put into crating the appetizing marketing image, but why not put a tiny little bit of the same efforts into making the actual food? ? perhaps it was acceptable when this item was on the dollar menu. But those times are long gone...

Quick trip in for a takeout. The staff was nice and the food was hot and delicious.

Drive thru, so I can't really give an opinion on the atmosphere inside. In my car, tunes up, ordering a reeses cup blizzard... fantastic atmosphere! DQ always delivers! Delicious! Shout out to Ducky, who was working the window, for being cheerful, quick, and professional!

The drive-thru was very fast. I got a medium ice cream cone which I thought was kind of small compared to other DQ ice cream cones I've had.

Food was good. Staff was busy hanging out in the parking lot. Took literally 23 minutes for them to make 2 burgers and fries. Highly unprofessional. Blasting gospel music and sticky floors. I'll drive out of my way to a different DQ from now on.
