Domino's Pizza

I just placed an order online everything went fine until it hit quality check and I’ve been waiting 40 mins for my pizza I called and they said I never placed an order told me to reorder put me on hold and hung up on me the absolute disrespect to just hang up without even fixing the issue. Fix your customer service!

Order a large pizza and 2 liter soda. Waited the average 30 minutes to get it delivered. The driver was polite but informed me that the 2 liter was not packed with the rest of my order and he would have to come back with it after retrieving it from the store. 40 minutes after he left I called the store to confirm he was coming back with it and was told they were packing it up now and throwing in a 20. Oz for my inconvenience. It’s now been 40 minutes after I’ve called and still haven’t received anything. Everyone I spoke with was polite and understanding and I tried to be the same back, but after an hour and a half of receiving my pizza, I’ve given up hope that I’ll get the rest of my order. It’s disappointing that I’ve have such a bad experience over $2.80.

This location is the best! We order frequently and delivery is so quick and the pizzas are always hot. Great job!

I have always had top notch service with the very best pizzas! We ordered pizzas thursday night though and had one with white sauce, and one was ordered with red sauce but it was left off our pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas and the cookie browny for delivery and the driver said it was delivered but they never even showed up at our house. They lied and when we called to report the issue, we were on hold for over 30 minutes and never got an answer. Had to go down to the store just to talk to someone and they still tried lying about it.

Won't recommend at all. Who hires this people?????

I have been ordering here using the app and the website. It works pretty well and no mistakes have been made after 6 orders on separate days. It is a pizza place, not really a place to hang out, which is why I gave it a low atmosphere score.Solid pizza, not much else to see here.

This is such a great store I love working here but do not understand why there are soo many one star reviews I am the general manager here and am doing everything I can here to help and would appreciate it if you reach out to me if you ever have a bad experience here so I can make it right for you would really like to see more 5 star reviews in the future

UPDATE: was told to email them to talk more about issues with our order - I emailed them, they never emailed back ??‍♀️ save your time and moneyThe food tonight was just not good, and our order was wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheesy breads. The Philly cheesesteak pizza was dry, and burnt. It tasted like cardboard. We ordered a spinach/feta bread and a bacon/jalapeño bread and we received a spinach/feta and a plain cheese bread. Both breads were flat, greasy, burnt and barely had any filling in them. They also were not cut. I spent $60 on this order, and that was after redeeming reward points. We will not be back because it was honestly disgusting and way too much money for inedible food. The guy who was working was very polite, but not enough to justify how bad this experience was. We’ve had bad experiences here in the past but it never bothered me but tonight was really bad.
