How come the coffee in Oak ridge Tn Dunkin is worse than all other states we’ve been in? It’s bitter and burnt and not what we’re used to everywhere else! What I liked about Dunkin coffee was its consistently fine flavor! But not here in Osk Ridge TN , very disappointing had to switch to gas station coffee while here!

Not familiar with the menu or what to call the drink I want. What I ordered wasn't exactly what I wanted and I needed help to know what to order. Instead of help I got laughed at over the drive thru speaker because I didn't know what to call the drink I wanted. Manager quickly took over the conversation but being laughed at was a bit too much and left me feeling a bit embarrassed and angry! Completely forgot to uncalled for! Was told the manager was taking care of the employee when I asked for a corporate number.

I must say, I never make a review, but everyone inside the Dunkin was so amazingly nice, wonderful fast service and very clean!!! Not to mention fresh donuts. Keep up the good work!
