Had my first visit here and was very satisfied. Everyone I encountered was very nice and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait long to be seen at all. I even went in the next morning for blood work before work and they got me in and out. They literally only had to stick me once. Which is awesome considering I've had lots of issues getting blood drawn. Looking forward to continuing on and hopefully getting my health into tip top shape. I would recommend.

I see Dr. Battles and he is one of the most caring and understanding doctors I have ever been to. A lot of doctors in the past have made me feel like they were rushing to get me out of the room or dismissed my concerns about my health but Dr. Battles takes the time to listen, asks follow-up questions and validates your concerns. His bedside manner is impeccable and I’m so glad I was able to find him since moving to Oak Ridge.

I've been a patient of the family clinic staff for MANY years. I've had no major complaints or issues. The nurses, staff, and doctors have always been helpful. Seems to be a fairly efficient operation that allows enough time to hear the patient's complaints/needs.

I have been seeing Dr.Liuzza for the past year and I would NOT recommend! Every time I went in she acted like she had better things to do and spent more time playing with my daughter than helping me. Last week went I went in with concerns about various symptoms and to possibly change a prescription, she ignored all my concerns and was actually interrupting me to play with 5yo daughter. She then talked to me like I was a child and had no idea what medicines she had even prescribed me, and didn't even know how old I was. She told me I was supposed to be taking one kind of medicine and yet she had NEVER prescribed it to me. She then told me "you must have just forgot to take it" while patting my knee. So after belittling me, she then told me I needed to see a therapist for my issues. Literally talking to me like slow like I couldn't understand her. So... Move up a week and I went to pick up a Rx from a NEW DOCTOR and I figured there would be a Rx waiting for me from Liuzza...but yet again she didn't even send it in after telling me that I FORGOT!! Horrible doctor. So, needless to say, I think she should not be a doctor and definitely needs to work her people skills. Doctors should NEVER talk to their patients the way she spoke to me.

Would not take me due to the medications I take from another doctor. I hope they will expand their services to help more people in the future. Have a good day.

They are drug feeders. All of them. My mother is an addict. Addicted to nerve pills she has over dosed on them 5 times. I've called them over 1000 times and told them to stop prescribing my mother nerve pills. They continue to do so, so now om taking them to court.

All three doctors I've seen here have been amazing. My journey through anxiety medicine has been easier than I anticipated with the help of the wonderful staff. Every single one of my concerns has been taken seriously including my mental health.

I have to call numerous of time for my test results the third time they ask for my last name and I told them dont worry about it this has to be about the sorry excuse for doctor's office the only reason why I'm in this building of doctors is because my old doctor was there which she is retiring I really do miss my old doctor ann Carter I wish she wasn't retiring but I know she has to she will be well missed

Had an appointment as a new patient. Establishing a relationship with a new primary care provider isn't always easy; however, Emileigh Ramsey, FNP-C was AMAZING. She handled herself with grace, genuine care, and KNOWLEDGE! Highly recommend!

This is the worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with. My husband was shuffled out the door during his appointment, and didn't get to talk to the doctor about all of his concerns. The problems he was having that he did get to discuss, he was laughed at and joked about by the doctor to his face. Completely unprofessional and when he tried getting into contact with his doctor to discuss his appointment and his concerns, he was told he would receive a call back from the doctor and never did. Also when we TRIED to get his prescription refilled we were met with a prerecorded message to give them 48-72 hours to process the refill (which was not mentioned to us when being seen).... A week later and still no refill called in. This place is a joke and a disgrace to be called a doctor's office. If y'all want medical care you shouldn't get it here.

I have been going to the family clinic for 30 years. Dr. Seay was wonderful, but he retired recently. I have seen Dr Wang a couple of times and he is a very competent and thorough physician. A couple of weeks ago I tried to get in to see him for a very acute shoulder/upper arm pain, but he was unavailable. So, an appointment was made with Dr Liuzza. I couldn't have been more disappointed with the visit. It was late on a Friday and she must have had somewhere important to go - because that is exactly the way she acted (like she had better things to do). I told her I was pretty sure it was a cervical neural pain - as I have had experience with spinal issues before. She totally disregarded my self diagnosis and claimed it was an issue with the biceps (even though I had pointed out most of the pain was in the shoulder and triceps area). I have since had my diagnosis corroborated. I spent maybe 5 minutes with her, was mis-diagnosed, and then the office had the gall to charge $200 for the visit (that comes to $2400/hour). I would have rated visit a 1, but past history needed to be factored in a bit. BTW, phone answering system is a disaster.

I started seeing Dr. Semko around June, 2021. While most doctors try to rush you through your appointment, Dr. Semko is very friendly and always takes the time to listen to you. He addressed my needs and solved my problems. I highly recommend him if you need a PCP.

It pains me to write this as I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years but the place has gone downhill. They used to care about their patients but it's clear that is not the case anymore. Nurses are supposed to be patient advocates, at least that's what I was told in nursing school. Now they say we just have to ask these questions it doesn't mean anything. Yes, those questions you are being told to ask do mean something and you should take them seriously for the health of your patient. The doctors are dismissive. I did not ask for pain medication or anything addictive and all of my concerns were dismissed. I asked for an antibiotic with elevated lab work to back up my request and an antidepressant which I had taken for years. Instead of getting the help I desperately needed I was dismissed and told to wait it out. I called to ask to make an appointment with another doctor to go over my lab work and I really do hope those conversations are recorded because I got nothing but attitude from the front desk. This clinic is impossible to work with, they do not care about you as a person and do not treat people with respect. I will be finding a new clinic asap.

I have been seeing one doctor here for about 25-years. My doctor took over some of my prescriptions when my rheumatologist left the state and I couldn’t find another one. I am older now and have multiple health problems. I have really had to walk on eggshells around this doctor because she has an anger problem. She actually threw me out of the practice today because, even though she agreed to do so, became really angry with me while she was trying to wean me off a med my rheumatologist prescribed me for restless leg and panic attacks over a decade ago. I had no idea it was a controlled med and even though I had a low dose, I became very addicted to the med. She cut my 2 mg down to 1 mg for one month and I wasn’t able to sleep for more than 4-hours per night and only a very light sleep. I had excruciating headaches and am now basically unable to function. I will tell you that I don’t drink or take illegal drugs. My new med had only 10 pills of the half dose so I left her a message to tell her that I wasn’t able to sleep. When her new nurse called me back, I was dismayed that she had changed her mind about another 18 days not a full month to 10 pills. My withdrawals haven’t even stopped from the reduced amount. I was very upset and told the nurse that I would have to find another doctor. I meant only for something to be able to sleep again but the nurse was nasty and asked if she could tell my doctor. Funny how a message going through just one extra person can get misunderstood. My doctor would not let me explain and had in fact already sent me a letter kicking me out of the practice altogether! I would be extremely careful of going to this practice where the doctor cares nothing for you and the total care is just not there. Think twice before you do! She also kicked my son out! Totally unhinged woman with too much power! As for the snarky nurse. Well, she has to work for her and I imagine she will have a rough go of it!Update:Since that incredibly upsetting day, I have learned that this doctor blackballed me from seeing any doctor connected with Covenant Health. She wrote in her notes and shared via Covenant Health computer network that I was out of compliance and mentioned the drug. I have been outright refused by other doctors in this network. I tried multiple times to reach Covenant Administration only to be directed right back to her office! No one should be that powerful and I swear she is lying! My Medicare wanted me to report her to the American Civil Rights but I am just waiting until the right time presents itself.
