Absolutely wonderful experience. If you're in Oak Ridge, looking for an unbelievable dinner or lunch, this is your place.
The staff is wonderful and the food is absolutely delicious will definitely be back again!
We went to Fire &Salt when on an outing at a Jeep Jamboree. We had a dog with us and asked to sit outside, in spite of a thunderstorm lingering. The staff was so understanding, helpful, concerned about us and all helped getting us drinks and a charcuterie board. Gabriel was our server and made us feel special and made everything great! We got a Cosmo and a Papis Mule drink, they were both exceptional! And the charcuterie board was amazing! Good price and the food was delicious! If you are in Oak Ridge this restaurant is a must!
Nice addition to Oak Ridge!
We had an amazing meal with terrific service! Loved the setting and the vibe!
Came into town it visit relatives and have this restaurant a try. The food, service, and drinks were great. We will definitely be back whenever we visit again.
I travel to Oak Ridge a few times a year for work and the dining options are limited in the area. As someone who can’t process dairy or most meat, Tennessee can be a tough place to find a hearty meal. I love Fire & Salt! The staff is charismatic, friendly, knowledgeable on all the dishes and alternatives, even if it is not listed on the menu. They have N/A drink options for when I want a cocktail taste without the alcohol. But their cocktails are delicious as well! They keep tofu on the menu and will sub it for any meat. The food is packed with flavor, it’s filling, and the price matches the experience. I will eat here every single time I’m in town.
Charcuterie and Chicken Risotto were especially good. Wish the Shrimp and Grits' red-eye gravy had been a bit punchier.
Deserts looked very nice, but weren't especially memorable.
Attentive service.
We started out a bit nervous of the whole place but the waitress Brittany was magnificent for our group of 5 nuts
Had lots in common she had awesome attitude for dealing with all kinds of personalities
Food was very unique
All fresh ingredients
Not cheap but So Worth a visit

Made a reservation for noon this afternoon. Had a couple of texts confirming this reservation and showed up to the place being closed for a private event. I guess call ahead even with reservation so you don’t drive out of your way unnecessarily
Food was outstanding. I had the shrimp & grits. Maybe the best I've ever had! My wife had the chicken and said it was delicious.
The drinks were tasty, and I loved the spin on the Rosemary Old Fashioned.
Our server was very sweet and knowledgeable, but service was slow due to it being Valentine's Day and a busy night.
It was a tad on the smokey side in the part of the restaurant we were seated, which may have been due to being seated next to the kitchen but not a deal breaker by any means.
I cannot wait to come back and try a few of the other offerings at Fire & Salt.
This was one of the best meals I’ve had in town in a while, maybe ever. Food was phenomenal, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was upscale but comfortable. Will definitely return!
Everything was great, but having the tail still on your shrimp with the shrimp and grits was a little unexpected.
Great food great service would come back for sure..
