We went to Fire &Salt when on an outing at a Jeep Jamboree. We had a dog with us and asked to sit outside, in spite of a thunderstorm lingering. The staff was so understanding, helpful, concerned about us and all helped getting us drinks and a charcuterie board. Gabriel was our server and made us feel special and made everything great! We got a Cosmo and a Papis Mule drink, they were both exceptional! And the charcuterie board was amazing! Good price and the food was delicious!...
I travel to Oak Ridge a few times a year for work and the dining options are limited in the area. As someone who can’t process dairy or most meat, Tennessee can be a tough place to find a hearty meal. I love Fire & Salt! The staff is charismatic, friendly, knowledgeable on all the dishes and alternatives, even if it is not listed on the menu. Charcuterie and Chicken Risotto were especially good. Wish the Shrimp and Grits' red-eye gravy had been a bit punchier.
