Firehouse Subs Oak Ridge

I asked for veggies on the side bc I had a long drive home. They put them on the side except the pickle. They laid it on top of my bread and it wasn't in the bag either. My son got a pickle on his and he said meat cheese and bread only.

Very friendly coworkers all greated you when walk in. The food is amazing. On today's visit had the Captains Club. The sandwich was very good. Loved how fresh and hot it is and the chicken was very delicious 😋 Love the cherry limeade and would love to buy it in the gallon.

The last three times we have been in, there was no sweet tea. I asked the person taking orders if they could make some. One did, one made it half way and one sighed real loud and nothing was done. My husband and kids love the sandwiches and chili and we are happy, we just want some sweet tea.

I walked in to get my usual and I hear what was a manager talking to a customer and she was hateful. No one should be that angry over an order especially coming from a manager…..

We have been ordering from this firehouse since I was pregnant with my daughter! That’s been 5 years! They have always been amazing and had good food! But the service I encountered today I will never order from this firehouse again. The manager Renee was very rude to me! My sub was made wrong and I called about it. And was told that I was a liar. It literally stopped me in my tracks. I’ve never been called a liar to my face before. I was so mad I hung up. And then called back to let them know I did not like being called a liar. And she was even nastier to me saying that I talked very ugly to her. How by saying that my sub was made wrong? Very disrespectful! Never again!

Firehouse subs are always so good. If you have kids the Mac and Cheese is so good. A little pricey but worth it. Kinda out of the way so you might have to look for it.

This is the worst of the Firehouse Subs that I’ve been to. I asked for the packet of mayonnaise to be put on the sandwich instead of a packet in the bag. They said they couldn’t do it because the gluten free bread would cause a problem. I said that’s ok all the other Firehouse Subs do it. She said “I’m sorry, we just can’t do that”. I cancelled the sandwich and have no plans to return, and I live in Oak Ridge. The best FH is in Hardin Valley. Great customer service, great food, and worth the drive.

Great sandwich! One of the better subs I’ve came across. The meatball and sauce are great especially with the cheese melted on top. I added jalapeño’s caramelized onions and green peppers, it definitely made the sub!

This location is Awesome ? Always walk into"Hello&welcome to Firehouse"! The employees are very friendly&even chat with you while making your Subs.The atmosphere is very energetic.I've saved the Best for last when I say the subs are absolutely Fantastic!! Can't speak for other locations but this one is Outstanding.I even asked to have it for Mother's Day☆The new Jamaican Jerk is Out of this World with flavor!! Definitely a keeper ?

Parking: It is located in a strip mall so there is decent parking, but if all stores are busy sometimes I have to park off to the side by the bank,but it's only approximately 100 ft away&in the same lot,No barriers between.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely child friendly atmosphere with metal chairs and tables people talking &two big tv's with some type of games on so not real noisy,but just enough where kids can be kids haha!Oh&good bathrooms is a plus.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not immediately in front, but I believe down a couple stores to the right there's accessibility.
