Bought 6 subs. One had so much mayo it was disgusting. Went back to shop and as they saw me park, they closed the door. I won't spend anymore money at this location. It's my first bad experience at a firehouse. 😢

simple order, meatball sub. Total disappointment. One meatball was so overcooked or old that even a fork could not separate it. To make matters worse they did not even seal the bag for a delivery order.

I really like the food, although they've raised their process quite a bit. I don't love the ambiance, but it's very clean. They have a theme, and they try to stick to it.

Ordered online and went in store and sat down and watched employee at register clean and cut his nails with a box cutter and proceeded to make food without washing his hands. Made me and my wife uncomfortable about the food we were getting. Everything else was fine but totally unacceptable actions by employee.

Extremely slow service, I waited 15 min for a single to-go sandwich. I've been served faster at a sit down restaurant. If you're in a hurry, pick another sandwich shop or restaurant entirely! I thought the lobby being busy was a good sign-it was actually a sign of everyone waiting a long time for their orders. I definitely won't be back.
These workers need way more training. Angry workers shopping food together does not make an appealing time.
