My latest order at Firehouse Subs in Oak Ridge Tennessee was fantastic as always. The restaurant was clean the staff was welcoming, I received my food quickly and my sandwich was fantastic.

Found a beard hair 3 bites into my sandwich. So disgusting. Men aren’t forced to wear beard covers while making food. Won’t eat here again.

Rude, non-helpful, jerks. Everyone seemed very rude and irritated for whatever reason. However the customers should never feel that. I wanted to redeem a reward to get a brownie and no one knew how and completely unwilling to help. One worker even said “that’s something you have to do on your own”. Another said “I only know how to do it if it’s a sandwich.” I said I should be the exact same way, I just want a different reward. He still walked off. How is there a restaurant full of people who don’t know how to use their own app. I shouldn’t have to order a takeout order on my phone while I’m literally standing in the restaurant.
