Fulins has become out go-to dining spot in Oak Ridge. The ambiance is pleasant, the wait staff is courteous and attentive, the menu is a smorgasbord of Chinese and Japanese (with emphasis on the sushi) and the prices - while not cheap (house specialty rolls run $8.50 - $13 or thereabouts) and while not cheap it's certainly not as expensive of some of the sushi houses in Knoxville. Don't forget they are closed Wednesdays.
Great Asian food, including Kung Pao Chicken and Spring Rolls, prompt, courteous service, and nice atmosphere. In fact, much nicer than I expected for a restaurant in a shopping center.
Great service, server recommended a lunch special that saved me 25% on what I was about to spend, and the food was delicious. I had their sushi special. Excellent standard rolls (didn't try the specials). Will be back.
