It’s a normal Chinese buffet, but the food is still great and there’s good variety. The honey chicken always makes my day, and those custard buns are awesome. Egg drop soup is good too, takes a while to cool down though. Much respect to the workers for being active.
Golden Oak is about like all other Chinese buffets. A wide variety of selections and a desserts area. It does a better than average job of keeping the pans full and they do enough volume that the food never gets an opportunity to start looking like it has been out there for a while.
The restaurant is large with most seating being booths but also has movable tables and chairs to accommodate large parties. The decor is rather generic but everything is well maintained...
