Hibachi Burger of Oak Ridge

I got this as a door dash order and good golly molly the hibachi burger was incredible!!! The burger was spot and my husband had the chicken tenders and loved them too. Also their zucchini straps are delicious!

Im only making this review to help the business and not put them down. I personally encourage people to do business with local restaurant because that is what keeps them thrive for success. However, we didnt have a pleasant visit at the location. The first alarm was when we noticed that no one is using Gloves to make the food. We saw the waiter or server wipe her hands on the corner and head then place her bare hands on the vegetables. Next, they dropped those vegetables on the corner and then pulled an hair out the container to my wife. That caused a major problem to the point that I just want a refund. I was really looking forward trying the food but unfortunately that didn’t happen today. I will be in town until Saturday and maybe someone will hit me up. Again. I really hope this review helps you become better in yo7r small endeavors.

The food is usually pretty good, the new owner is not nice to customers or his co workers, just sitting here and listening to him while I wait an hour for my food it’s just disappointing. It might actually be better to spend the extra money on DoorDash to save time in your life and let someone else wait. The foods going to be cold anyway so just heat it up when it gets to your house. So if I order delivery I give this place 5 stars, coming here and interacting with the owner 2 stars, my personal opinion. I believe he is trying very hard but he shouldn’t be treat people like he is. Thank you for the food

My first time there waited an hour for order only to be told one item was left off and was told because ticket fell on the grill it was the sorry excuses with other customers as well like telling somebody no mushrooms on your pizza because they disappear when they're cooked get it together telling others not to try this place

The business had signs up at the front and rear entrances, stating they were closed due to being "short staffed." ?‍♂️ I don't know. However, when I saw that I Sicilia Pizza was less than a block away, I went there instead. It really sucks because I saw a good bit of positive reviews about this restaurant and really wanted to try it out. However, Sicilia Pizza ended up being a great choice. Sorry, fellow business owners.

Our family recently moved to the Oak Ridge area and there are definitely fewer restaurants than we are used to so we expanded to look at what is offered in the surrounding areas. This was our first experience at Hibachi Pizza and my honest reviews is as follows. There was one table of customers other than us. We ordered at 5:50 and ordered a hamburger and an order of hibachi with soup and salad and some mushrooms as appetizers. At 6:46 we had not been served the salad, soup or the appetizers. We spoke to the other table and they had been waiting for burgers longer than we had and divulged that they were informed that several orders were burnt so they were remaking to go orders. At 6:48, we checked on our order and no part of it had even been started. We requested a refund and will not be back. To make someone wait an hour plus for a salad or a bowl of soup is ridiculous. Good business practice would have been to let us know when we sat down and ordered that there would be a long delay and check in with us sometime within the hour and communicate that they could not manage to serve a salad within an hour. Typically we would give a place a second change but this experience was so bad, we will not return.

Food his is excellent! The hibachi Chicken is very very good and piping hot. The young man that is manager was very friendly and chatted while he prepared my food. Super cool guy. Eat in area leaves much to be desired. Its tired and flat but hey one comes here for the food!

Decided to try again under new management after many issues with the old ones. Overwhelmingly, meh. Rice was way overcooked and mushy, and the portions are tiny compared to other local hibachi options, especially when you’re paying about $15 per person. Won’t be back.

Food was delicious! And the employees worked hard and kept us informed about our order. I'd order food from here again.

Owner called and the issues were resolved. My daughter's wrap was redone and she loved it! And the owner followed up with a call to make sure everything went well. I had to change my rating to reflex their willingness to make things right!! Thank you Alex and Nick, we will definitely be back!!!****Went for a remake of a sandwich that had been made incorrectly and was told by manager that it could not be done because they were under new ownership. Asked for owner and was told he was busy. This trip with gas prices was expensive. We had come from Knoxville to Oak Ridge and turned away with no effort to contact owner. What happened to customer satisfaction?
