Amazing food and service. We had sweet and sour shrimp, Mongolian beef and cashew chicken - it was prepared wonderfully and was a good value. We ate family style and I would recommend that so you can try it all.

The food was delicious, probably the best Asian food I've had in a long time. The soy sauce container and salt & pepper shakers at our table were filthy, as was the window sill at our booth, dead bugs and such. There's a saying: If the front of the house is dirty, the back of the house is dirty. If they don't clean what customers see, are they cleaning the areas customers don't see.

Open atmosphere restaurant with fast service and relatively good food.
The service was very kind and friendly. The food we ordered came out hot and tasted good (we ordered lo mein and fried rice).
I would state though that there needs to be a deep clean of the condiments such as the soy sauce and salt and pepper. Our table had a grime on all the bottles and the salt bottle was dirty.
We would be back again if we are in the area again.

I would’ve never traveled to oak ridge if I hadn’t heard good things about this place…not good, dirty, service really wasn’t great and my server, she was RUDE. I’m pregnant and emotional and was just on an Asian food kick this week and yesterday was not good at all. I don’t think I’ll do this again

The manager with dreads was very unprofessional. He was speaking very rudely and loud to his staff, in front of customers. I feel very sorry for the servers, that have to work under him. I am a server and I have quit jobs because management spoke to me like that. Our server was awesome!!

We just discovered Hongs a couple of months ago, and everything we've tried is delicious. I really love the beef in garlic sauce, wonton soup, and spring rolls. My husband's favorites are the beef and broccoli or the pepper steak.
Nice atmosphere and great service as well.

The amazing hosts greeted me promptly and were very helpful in advising me on what to eat on the menu. The food was amazing. I had General Tso's chicken with rice and a pork egg roll. It was delicious.
Vegetarian options: The menu is very customizable and can be substituted for vegetables or not.
Kid-friendliness: They have clean and table accessible areas for high chair's
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a concrete ramp into the restaurant. The restaurant is all one level.

Love love love this place!!! I think we've tried almost everything on the menu.... The egg rolls, dumplings, and the crab rangoon are always perfectly done!!! Everything comes out hot! The wait staff is always top-notch they know what we order and are very happy to accommodate allergies and food requests! The beef lomein is one of my favorites!
