Hong's has excellent food, service and atmosphere. Everything we've ordered has been fresh, hot and delicious. Some of our favorites are the Hibachi chicken, spring rolls, Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao chicken. The restaurant is beautiful inside and we're so happy to have it open in Oak Ridge.

I had the beef and ?, and it was delicious. Great hot mustard ? comes with an egg roll. It will clear out your sinuses. I like it that way. My coworker Zac had one of the ramen bowls, and it almost immediately did not sit well with his stomach. His afternoon at the office was marked by frequent trips to the restroom. The two other coworkers with me also ordered ramen bowls, but they didn't have any issues I know of. I would definitely go again. I want to try their hibachi dishes. The $10 lunch specials are also a great deal for the amount of food that you get.

Always a pleasure when visiting Hong’s! They have the best Ramen around. Our waitress Carole was the best waitress I could’ve asked for. Definitely will be coming back for more!
Under new management.. what a joke he is. So nasty to my roommate she came home in tears, and she is the most kind and gentle person I know. Plac. ed an order at the front counter, she went next door, came back to pick up our 55$ worth of food and he continued to cause a scene about where Togo orders are placed and picked up. I take the food out and we didn't even get 1 bowl of rice when we ordered 2 dinners. She was told she is no longer welcome there.. bro, food isn't even worth it . Most of all your Management skills suck and I hope you lose your entire staff..unless you like being berated and embarrassed about just picking up food, do not give them your time or money. I am now cooking rice to complete our meals. If she hadn't already paid, she would have walked out.

The serving staff here were all extraordinarily friendly and attentive. Lemon and honey were brought along with an order of hot tea, which was unexpected and a very nice addition. The Signature Ramen was delicious; the beef well seasoned and the egg cooked to a nice consistency, not overdone. Would definitely return here if ever in town.
