I order delivery often, almost every time I order, they can’t find a delivery driver or they take 45 minutes to an hour to deliver my food when I'm right down the street. One time, I didn’t leave a tip because I had already been waiting for a while. The guy banged on my door when it was no delivery, and called me multiple times. I was scared so at first I didn’t answer. Once I finally did, I opened the door and he demanded a tip, saying he cant complete the order without one. There used to be some really good workers at this store, and now they’re all impolite.

The oakridge store is starting to suck tell you they are out for delivery and it takes them 30 minutes to go 4 minutes down the road they need to bring back the old workers

It's always a pleasure visiting this location. We come in, the staff always has a good attitude, service with a smile. This place has been consistently providing such great services each and every time we have visited. The food is prepared with care, the inside of the shop always kept clean, tables wiped down, and a clean work station. Not to mention how freaky fast our sandwiches were made! They even have vegetarian and vegan options. Keep up the great work Jimmy John's !
If you are ever in the area and are hungry for some subs, definitely stop here and enjoy.

I ordered a pickle sandwich first time, and a bag of pickle chips. I don’t usually eat fast food . Just seemed the time to try different. It was delicious omg the chips had so much flavor. U didn’t need a drinks just water.

Really good sandwich. Roast beef and they did not just put a little on it. Service was quick but very limited seating. Lots and lots of carry out so I knew they were popular in the area.

Ordered a turkey Tom. Wound up with a mistake. A tiny sliver of turkey light lettuce and little mayo. 3/1/24 visit. Sandwich maker was slamming and tossing everything around. Did not recieve any added ingredients and no tomatoes. I will not be back to this location.It's fine to have a bad day, it's not fine to have it spoil a paying customers experience or meal they paid for. Ethically, get your store in check. Manage your people. This was previously rated a 5, this experience will not occur again. I will not be back.
