KFC is worthless i tried to stop and get an 8 piece family meal with two sides and 4 biscuits.....well he dont have enough chicken for a 8 pc family meal.
So i say i will take 8 pc family tenders with mashed potatoes and cole slaw and biscuits i told him i wanted butter, honey mustard, ranch and hot sauce....he now tells me he has no biscuits

At 5 pm the manager flatly refused to fry any chicken. We simply wanted a family meal but it seems that making food for customers wasn't anything the staff were interested in doing. We left angry and hungry and won't return.

Visited this place and manager was rude to employees. I asked specifically what I wanted on the 3 piece dinner. Got 3 of them. Ordered 1 breast, 1 wing and 1 leg in each. Got 2 thighs and 1 leg in each. Didn't find out till I was home. I know KFC probably don't care what I write, but I will never be back. Period!

Placed mobile order for a family meal and when I went to pickup it up there wasn’t any biscuits and only 2 KFC sauces even though we ordered others. I went in to get the biscuits and sauces I was told that there wasn’t any. Poor service and poor attitude. First and last visit at this location.

As mentioned by others, this is the worst KFC I have ever been to, including the one in south Knoxville off of Chapman Highway. I placed an order through the app to get a promotion, and when we went to pick the order up, it was not correctly filled. As a general tip, ALWAYS CHECK TO GO ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. We did, and we were missing our 4 biscuits, as well as multiple sauces. Apparently, they just never want to bake biscuits here?!?! Done the hard way? I think not. This location just takes the easy way out. When we went back to inform the employee we didn’t get biscuits, she accused us of “talking hateful” to her. For asking why we didn’t get what we paid for?! Ridiculous. We finally had to ask for a manager to get the sauces WE PAID FOR and an extra side to replace the biscuits. Never going here again. Going to actively discourage others from going to this location unless they can get their act together/get new management. I would give zero stars if I could.

My 82 year old mother wanted KFC, and since this is the only one in town I went to pick her up something. I ordered the 3 peice combo with mashed potatoes & gravy. When we got to the window the woman said they were out of biscuits and asked if we wanted another side. I said corn would be fine. After we got back, my Mother asked where the biscuit was and I told her they were out. Then she asked why I got her two sides of corn. They had given her 2 sides of corn and no mashed potatoes. She declared we would not be going back there.

THE WORST KFC I've ever been to. Kitchen looks dirty, employees in the kitchen can be heard cussing loudly, and the food always takes 20+ minutes to be ready (this is fast food?). Don't come here. Go to another KFC in another town.

Its always a 50/50 toss up as to IF the dining room will be open or not. Food is always great just wish we could enjoy our food hot while sitting down instead of having to find out its closed when we pull up.
