Came In last night between 7:30-8 pm and the chicken I was served was inedible, I was a manager for KFC and I know for a fact the chicken they put in my box came from the steam tray they hold the breast in to debone and use for the chicken pot pies 🤬 up until 8 pm is dinner time hours and if your store doesn't close until 10 pm why are you serving old chicken to customers before 8 pm or ever for that matter!! once it's past its cabinet hold time it should NEVER be given out in a meal ?? We never started breaking down fryers until 9 pm where I worked , I tried calling the store and they would answer and immediately hang up the phone. I paid over $16 for inedible food 🤬 this kind of service is how chains go bankrupt. The picture I added is how it looked when I opened the box it didn't even smell good 🤮 do better

My grandparents and I came through the drive thru and the as we were ordering the person at the drive thru was very rude and the food was not completely done. Didn’t get a receipt to complain and they didn’t pick up the phone to talk to a manager.

Employees and service was friendly and quick. Went inside to eat and got our meal quickly. Even while being bombarded with the Sunday "5buckets of chicken" per order they stayed upbeat and friendly.
Found a rubber band in my wife's meal tonight. This place is always having issues from long wait times to apparently finding rubber bands in your food. Never coming back to this place.z
I went in after 8pm . There was an older woman on the drive thru. She must of been tired. She was irritated and acted like everything was annoying her. There was a younger lady who seemed to have more experience. She filled my box and was super sweet and said thank you have a good night. I checked my food box and it was wrong. I stayed polite, kept smiling . The older woman was just unhappy and her body language and noises she made let me know she didn't care for me or my order, that was wrong. The young girl was called over. She corrected the problem. Again was so polite said sorry, thank you, come back. Then walked away. As I'm waiting on my order to be handed to me. She didn't even look at me. At all. Grabbed the bag and held it out the window. I couldn't reach it. I had to say ,I can't reach it. She looked at me then and lowered the bag. Then egnored me completely. I said thank you. Have a good night. Crickets. Honestly most things like that don't bother me. It would be better if that older lady wasn't on the window. I wouldn't go back there if I see her. However, I would if there were other employees.My order was simple, 2 piece chicken only, original, no wing sub leg. As I've ordered everywhere for years.

Here for door dash to pick up an order and there supposed to be open till 10pm there is no notice on the door, there's people inside because the drive thru window is slightly opened. Yelled into the window multiple times and heard people talking but they never came to the window.

Don't waste your time at this location. Placed an order through the app and when I picked it up, they informed they had no mashed potatoes or gravy and part of the chicken wasn't extra crispy. I've given this location a couple of chances and its pretty much always like this. Best thing they could do is shut this location down.
