Food was good. Service was bleak. We had to ask for extra sauce 3 times before receiving it. The spring rolls they serve in the bento box tasted like they came out of a frozen bag not fresh.
Outside I was skeptical but all the recent reviews figured give it a try. It was fantastic! Bento boxes & sushi our rolls we ordered. Don’t let looks fool you bc it’s very clean & not bad inside. Food & service great!! I don’t have to go to Knoxville to Ichiban anymore
THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM, BETTER FOOD THAN WASABI, AMAZING PRICES, THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE NOT AS OPEN AS I WOULD LIKE CONSIDERING HOW DELICIOUS &AFFORDABLE IT IS. SERVERS/ STAFF ARE ALL VERY NICE, ATTENTIVE, & DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.
