Little Caesars Pizza

Went in last night with grandkids. I just placed mobile order while we're in parking lot so I knew we would have to wait just a little. Friendly service asked my name and told me order would up in a couple minutes. And it was . Food was good service was fast and friendly also good value, you could feed alot of people for not alot of money. Thanks alot.

Food is always good for the price....and that's the reason I go in there. I think the service leaves a lot to desire. No one (there have been a couple associates that have been pleasant so I shouldn't use a blanket term) smiles at you, no one says thank you or anything and a couple times they have made mistakes with my order with no apologies or anything (and I don't mean free food, I mean a genuine owning up to your mistake instead of just acting like it's no biggie). I try to not complain about service cause I know everyone is trying their best in the world and I spend my day dealing with the public and I get how trying it can be but the associates there have left me biting my tongue a number of times! The atmosphere is not welcoming but the food is cheap and tasty...it would be perfect if they could learn how to cut a pizza all the way through but I keep a cutter in my kitchen so not the end of the world. Overall, I recommend the food but just don't expect much out of the customer service!

Ordered online said would be done by 2:12 finally at 2:25 it got done. I asked to speak to manager to get corp number that's when Shayna the manager states she doesn't have it which by law it's pose to be posted. She also withheld my receipt I definitely won't be back here

They need to fire the pizza-cutter man! Their pizzas are never fully cut (since a few years ago).

I was picking up lunch for 8 of us with limited time to spare. Long story short gave me wrong directions during lunch hour traffic and didn't get back to my group until an hour later.

This place is ran terribly. You always have to wait on a pizza to be made. The pizza typically comes out undercooked and not cut well enough to pull a slice out. It’s ridiculous. Other locations don’t have this problem

They never have hot and ready pizzas. There is always at least a fifteen minute wait for pizza and no it's not because they're slammed. The people who work there usually walk up and act like they hate life as much as they hate talking to you. The management and owners really needs to do something about this place.

Every time I go, there is Never a hot-n-ready pepperoni pizza available!!! EVEN AT OPENING TIME!
The clerk tells me that it will be about 14 MINUTES.
SO I LEAVE...
