Scrumptious ice cream with fantastic customer service!
Two very kind ladies working this evening. They were both helpful with food allergy questions and looked several flavors up for me. 5 stars!

I was served very little ice cream for one scoop. When I asked for a second scoop ( of which I was going to pay for 2 scoops) she acted confused and told me she couldn’t do that and would have to put another scoop in a cup. It just wasn’t as nice as going to almost any other ice cream shop. They also don’t put any ice cream into the actual cone, so you get a perfectly round 1/2 cup allotment and I can just do that at home. I wanted to like it, but there are other places that are just better.

We got a chance to meet the owners tonight and they are unbelievable! Incredibly nice and sweet! Hardin Valley is lucky to have them as part of the community!

This local ice cream shop is truly a Gem. The employees are always cheerful, and there are plenty of flavors in toppings to choose from.
There's something for everyone. There's even a small play area for children. Every experience has been wonderful.

Tables were really messy, little options for dairy free, and the ones they have are gross. Wish there were more options that were better tasting for dairy free people. My fiance and daughter did like their ice cream. So there’s that I guess.

Pleasantly surprised! Although it was expensive, you get what you pay for it. Very delicious.

We just went here for the first time and it was incredible. I got to meet Lolli and she was so friendly. I love the atmosphere with the kids indoor play area and the rest of the staff were very helpful and kind. And, I can strongly recommend any of their flavors with a chocolate ice cream base, it was so delicious and hit the spot perfectly. I will definitely be back soon!

10/10/2024wed. Awesome ice cream shop with a little kids play area. Plenty of choices and sizes to choose from. I asked about the name and was told that's what the owners grand kids call them. We tried several flavors and our family of 7 loved everything we had. I also like how the music being played was easy on the ears and heart. Well done Lolli and Bobo!!

Parking: Plenty of room to park.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of parking and definitely 100 percent kid friendly they even have color changing spoons.
